ATL075 calls upon renowned production talent and Atlant regular Thodoris Triantafillou. The result is a huge melodic techno track that will have discerning DJs racing to hit the cue button first.

As always, Thodoris demonstrates why he’s leading the way for a thriving Athens music scene. Composed in Glory Hill Studio under a moonlit Acropolis ‘The Sun The Stars’ showcases his production skills to the absolute maximum.

Driving 4/4 beats, a pulsating deep bass-line, stirring synths and emotional melodies - Thodoris has that fully covered. Along with jagged stabs for extra dance-floor tension and a hook to work its way inside your mind, replaying long after the house lights fade.

Yet another significant Atlant release on the back of EPs from Olivier Giacomotto, Enai and our label boss BOg. 2023 is shaping up to be another landmark year.

Rose Ringed is back with a brilliant dancefloor approved three-tracker on his own Closed Eyes Recordings imprint. 'The Journey' EP is pure Rose Ringed - high energy, fast and euphoric with just an edge of melancholy, referencing the trance CDs which were the soundtrack and emotional catharsis of his childhood. This EP will hit you in the heart. 

'You're Already There' has synths - the growling bassline, the slow-build chords, and the fast, choppy melodic riffs - competing between those arresting trancey breakdowns. 

'Reaching for Paradise' has a joyful flow with cascades of playful synth melody, and a spoken vocal motif, to hold even a champion multitasker like a blissed-out deer in heaven's headlights.

'Hold Tight' is insistent, commanding, with speedy scattery synth melody, powerful beat and drums, and a subtle flavour of Depeche Mode in the aftertaste. Just beautiful, lend it your ears, you won't want them back.

Rose Ringed - You're Already There

We welcome the Amsterdam based duo Ides of March who make their debut at Uxoa Dutxa Elite with a brand new EP titled Hyperion with two original tracks and a remix by Di Rugerio.

To kick off this fabulous musical journey we have Hyperion, a powerful track with a forceful kick and bassline from the beginning that is accompanied by a dynamic drum kit that incorporates a robust and abstract melody that captivates with its analog sounds and that lifts you up. They make you walk on clouds.

The label head Di Rugerio makes a remix marking his progressive melodic style with the most aggressive and present bassline keeping the arpeggio and other original elements such as vocals and pads in the background, he recreates the original melody making it darker and more insane with different filters in the synthesizer that fits perfectly with the rhythm, thus creating a real bomb for the dance floor.

To finish this work of art we have Theia, which is a track with a melancholic feeling but equally energetic with well-designed arpeggiated riffs and a deep bassline with a background melody full of emotions and sensations of darkness, likewise the riffs become aggressive, being like razors that scrape into your soul making you feel the melody and the light inside you.

A great EP from Ides of March that will no doubt be heard a lot around the world.

The "Hypnotica"-EP is the first release by ENAMOUR on WHATIPLAY. The “Hypnotica”-EP tells a story of curiosity and adventure. Each track blends hypnotic grooves and catchy melodies with an attention to detail that results in a combination that is equally appealing for the discerning headphone listener and the club audience. ENAMOUR branched out and explored more organic sounds on this EP, using heavily processed live guitar on "Hypnotica", tribal drums on "The Wall", and plenty of recorded found sounds throughout.
