In 2000 DJ Titusz, a well-known Hungarian DJ and icon, and Tóth Szabolcs, sitar player, created Carbonfools. They were then joined by Zsüli (percussion) Zsazsa (bass) Kelo (drums) and Dado (guitar). Between 2000 and 2004 they played at several festivals and parties, culminating with the release of their first album Poisoned Gulash. This album is a fusion of rock, blues, reggae, dub, disco, folk, ethno and darkwave. The album was made without Szabolcs, who went to India to perfect his sitar skills. In addition to their own projects, the band made many remixes for other acclaimed Hungarian underground bands. The English Mint Soure record label published three singles, which were very much welcomed by many English DJs. In 2006 Balázs Fehér joined as the lead singer of the band. Prior to that, they mostly made instrumental tunes or occasional collaboration with different singers from other bands. From 2006, Balázs writes the lyrics and melodies for the band with some help from Titusz. 2008 saw the release of their newest album, Carbonheart, came to the spotlight. Its style is a bit different from the former ones, as electro, ska, rock and pop are the most dominant flavours on it. As popular Hungarian radio stations started to play their songs, many of them from the album enjoyed great popularity, like Furilla, The Line and Cash. At the beginning of 2009 the guitarist, David Vigh decided to leave the band. Carbonfools presented their new guitarist in February 2009: István Fekete -Steve-, one of the youngest Hungarian rock phenomenons.

Hungarian Nora Matisse has always dedicated a a big part of her life around music and being a musician, starting early as cello player, varying from classical orchestra up to solo projects. But due to her deep passion for electronic music and the dance culture, DJ-ing was a natural direction she took professionally in 2011. After playing some important events and releasing own studio productions, today you'll find her every week behind the decks armed with quality deep-tech-house and techno tunes, which made her famous in Budapest´s prestigious underground scene. Recently she had the pleasure also spinning on all major festivals in that area, which helped her grow her international fan base! Her studio work has been geared towards top notch original productions as well as remixes for selected other artists. Nora got signed with Simina Grigoriu´s label Kuukou Records in 2016, since her first remixes came out on the respected imprint from Germany.

On the eve of becoming a real mature woman, at the age of 39, the power of the mixing console came through the profession and was sniffed by the eyes of my talented friend. I can be found in photographs reminiscent of old times, where I was already 1 year old scrolling through the pots of our radio at the time. All I could do was follow the word of dear Kory and it became my life-threatening source of joy, my medicine until then.

With my music I will travel you in places and hidden waters that have never been before, with world music, organic and electronic rhythms and soul...

Biography
My name is  Martenius. Musician, DJ, Producer from Budapest, Hungary.
With my unique music sense, fierceness and various style I revolutionized the face of common music. From dirty pop, break-beat, electronic funk atmospherics with wicked rolling beats to tech-house, in the past 20 years I become a widely sought out DJ, music producer, and performer in the Hungarian music scene today.

Very Cold Kitchen was founded in 2017 from the duo: Ordiman and Martenius. 
These two are well known parts of the Club's life as DJ's, producers, they have been worked with many great bands.
Their newest gig VCK is truly reflecting their music like they are freshly cooking their deep techno and tech house grooves, synties in live sets.

Chill Pill
2015
The two producers behind Chill Pill are not unknown to the Hungarian underground music scene fans. An ex Pluto Project member and one half of Secta Chameleon have worked together many times before they begin to produce a full album. 

They instantly have dropped two albums for start. Both albums are very psychedelic thanks to beautiful synthesizer pads and slowly growing deep melodies. 
It’s a true chill out material with strong dubby taste thanks to the heavy usage of the sub basses, what is not so typical in this scene.

ColorStar, formed in 1996 in Budapest, ColorStar was one of the first bands to amalgamate the various branches of electronic dance music with psychedelic guitar pop-rock. 


Secta Chameleon
2000 – 

Formed in 2000 SECTA CHAMELEON are Sab Mutu and Lazybones (Chameleon records), hailing from the northeastern side of Hungary. Since the early 90’s they experienced playing innumerous local bands. Sab sings, plays rhythm guitar, piano and synths, he was the front man of A pioneer electronic rock band in Hungary. Lazybones plays bass guitar, guitar, synths and was constituting various rock, funk and jazz bands. They became known as (Secta Sound Sytem) a live concert band until 2004, a housey break beat project together with Dj Jutasi., playing alongside several famous Dj's and producers like Deep Dish, Infusion,X-press 2,etc... Now as Secta Chameleon they are not intimidated to commix electronic funk with rooted atmospherics some wicked rolling beats and bass and the occasional help from MCs and vocalists, like Sena, MC Manic, Big Daddy Wilson, Melinda Stoika from Deladap, Rika, Dj Infragandhi and MC Penda. Now playing mainly breakz as Dj's producing an infusion of dirty pop, trip-hop, break-beat, and house combine some luscious mixtures of rock with a chemical electronic twist and you have Secta Chameleon. Playing as a full band or sometimes separately as Djs.They have remixed the works of many artists, such as Deladap, Dj Chriss, Coldcut, Neo, Razoof, Pluto Project, Akama, and Paul Murphy... And likewise have been remixed by artist such as Dreadzone, Paul murphy, Quasar and the GrooveDiggerz.
