Back at our mammoth Stay True Scotland broadcast earlier this month, one track came real close to bringing The Caves' roof down during Nina Kraviz's powerhouse headline set. "I Wanna Go Bang" very nearly executed its titular statement – well, if the song was more about wrecking balls and less about...oh, never mind.

The vocals that stalk the track, so wholly devoid of humanity, rub up against razor-sharp claps and serious bounce in the subs. It's weighty warehouse techno of the highest order, set to devastate dark basements and big tents alike throughout the year. Simply put: Icelandic producer Bjarki has delivered a bomb.

Dengue Dengue Dengue (@Dengue) have an enviable ability to whisk together the traditional and electronic. Their debut LP La Alianza Profana was a stellar example of just that - a cumbia-cum-electronica joyride dip-dyed in all the right amounts of psychedelia and mystique. 2014's follow up project, Serpiente Dorada EP was no less of a trip. And now with July 2015 here, the Peruvian pair are providing a sneak peek at their next move. "Murdah" is four minutes of footwork-paced hysteria that showcases a step up in tempo. Unrelenting drum pounds, a percussive tribal backbone and rapid-fire vocal chops become locked in an aural bull-fight that's both infectious and dancefloor-ready.

We took a big portion of german techno maniac, added some spicey austrian industrial lunatic, stired it 
properly and cooked it on maximum heat for several hours. The result is extremely tasty hardcore tekkno.

This mix takes us on a journey through a colorful array of techno themes not to be missed. Hans has a new EP Down the Drain which is out now on Decoy and includes a remix by Rebekah.

Relentless and distorted, Cindy weaves hypnotic spells of repetition, reminiscent of basement hardcore, punk and no-wave influences. Seldom has one heard such artistry using solely a 909 hihat. To round the package of, Rebekah adds her take on the aesthetic and holds nothing back.

Slam deliver yet another on point release for Soma as the duo drop the Signifies EP. Stuart and Orde have been on fire of late with not only their releases doing the damage but with a string of gigs across the continent and their own Pressure events in their hometown of Glasgow going from strength to strength, the pair seem unstoppable at the moment. This latest EP once again shows great depth in their production going from hard- hitting techno to stripped back and jacked up machine funk.

Structure kicks things off and Slam state their intent on this one as one mean sounding hook plays the main role alongside fairly punishing drums. Title track Signifies is up next with yet more intelligently made patterns used a little more subtly but with no less impact. Functional closes out the EP and takes things a little deeper with is simple yet effect and pumped percussion striding across a tweeked out vocal sample.
With this huge release, Slam once again maintain their claim as being one of the most innovative acts in electronic music right now.
