"Пайта" is a project of Kolya Dolgov now based in Moscow . The name was taken from the Crimean dialect, where "paita" is a hoodie. So the music of Kolya envelops and immerses, like that big and warm hoodie. A unique reinterpretation of dub music, which is assembled from a mixture of psychedelic dub, ambient pop and abstract sound design. Penetrating between the sunny trampled paths of dub, trip hop, industrial, ambient and sad lyrics, the project takes a course towards an alternative to modern pop music, representing almost an updated Greek, or rather modern Crimean, myth. The harmonious diversity of genres unites a sense of endless Russian longing, as the musician himself notes. In 2020, the project Проделки Больной Головы appeared and was first shown on the album То, чего нет. Now exists independently from Пайта .
