Summertime seems like a pretty appropriate name for a skate-punk band, don't cha think? Summertime was formed in the Summer (coincidence?) of 2009 by four musicians from Budapest, Hungary. The intention was to expand the skate-punk genre by incorporating catchy melodies and guitar solos into the songs. Summertime may be a Hungarian band, but they write all of their lyrics in English and have already had some impressive media exposure, especially after finishing in second place in the music video contest of the Hungarian version of X-Factor. They've also managed to play at the Sziget last year and the year before which just happens to be one of the largest music festivals in all of Central Europe.

We are very pleased to offer you the exclusive, world premiere stream of metalcore band Imminence's latest album 'Return To Helios!' With roots in melodic death metal, Imminence was founded in Fall, 2009 by guitarist Harald Barrett and former percussionist Max Frejd in the town of Trelleborg in the Southernmost part of Sweden. After a couple of months of trying things out, the two founders added Nicolas Jakobsson on bass, and shortly after, Eddie Berg on vocals. In February 2010, the band lineup was filled out with the addition of guitarist Alex Arnoldsson and at almost the same time this new group decided to call themselves Imminence. They slowly started to break new ground and with a more open mind, the members started to incorporate new influences from all different sects of metal.

When you think about it, naming your band Righteous Vendetta is a lot like calling yourself Virtuous Vengeance (if anyone would like to steal and copyright that name, just remember, you can't afford me). Jokes aside, this is a band that is making some serious progress, currently touring the U.S. with Hurt and Smile Empty Soul. For a lot of people, Righteous Vendetta does not require any introduction, having already released two full-length records. They have been on numerous tours which have added up to over 800 shows worldwide which has given the band a fan base beyond the United States.
