Our bodies are internally connected to the microbiomes in our gut, as well as to the elements – the earth of our Mother in the physicality of our bodies, the air of the Winds we breathe into our lungs, the water of the Ocean in our sweat and blood, and the fire of the Sun that animates our movements. Underneath our feet, billions of connections are happening every second, through roots and mycelial networks. With our eyes or hands we can connect with other bodies in this space, to community. Or we can simply put a hand on our heart and one on our tummy, and connect with ourselves.
