I wanted to really encapsulate how being in a dark forest felt; unnerving, dangerous, exciting, and spiritual. Animism itself is giving the attribution of a soul to plants, inanimate objects, and natural phenomena. So to create a track around this I played on contrasting ideas; flowy yet structured, dark yet beautiful, scary yet exciting. Anyway, I hope y'all enjoy my take on this idea.
