We are in a new era, a time that many say has come to connect with the sacred feminine energy and sow the seed of healing to the wounded masculine energies. It is time to reconnect with the mother energy and ancestral wisdom, leave our fears behind and wake up all together.

In "Cantos a la Madre" (Chants to the Mother) each artist presents a vision of the concept of "mother" in their own "chant", forming a multilingual compilation that investigates the development of a new electronic music in harmony with the lyrical tradition of different cultures. It includes songs in native languages of South America such as Quechua and more unusual musical experiments in German, Ukrainian, Hebrew, as well as many in Spanish, English and more. 
With a large femenine presence plus the invitation to work in a mixed way between women and men, the album is an attempt to take electronic music one step further, rescuing the use of the human voice and, as well, reflecting on this broad and wonderful concept of ¨the mother¨, a concept that is transversal to all living beings on this planet.

All donations on bandcamp will go directly to the artists, heavily affected by the closure of all live shows for a long time. We invite the public to listen and collaborate with this project with the intention that any help, whether in donations or simply by sharing this album (that’s free!), is in itself a little but important seed for the rebirth of this art and part of its community.

We hope you enjoy this release with a flavor of folktronica, downtempo, house and experimental, created with endless love as a musical jewel to delight not only the ears, but also the heart and soul.

I'm using Bitwig to produce music since I can use handless modulations and randomness, which for me describes the divine change and transformation moment by moment.

Konstantin Kayatma is a sound producer from Saint-Petersburg, Russia. He is the author of emotional chillout music blended in different styles, spiced with breakbeat rhythms, ethnic tunes, synthetic overtones, and live instruments. Kayatma is a regular performer at parties and festivals in Russia, Ukraine, India, Indonesia, Thailand, and Taiwan.  

The new album ONA is a story about the most wonderful being of the world, about a woman. She is the Universe, she is the Star, she is the Mother Nature and the Life herself. Everything has female energy, and, in particular, music has it. This album includes nine songs with nine female voices, views and souls. Each of the songs has a story and a mystery, and they all compound an enigmatic image of a complicated but still endlessly beautiful and delicate creature that is called She. And she is the one.

On the 26 of June 2018, our beloved friend Bas Engels was taken out of this world. A few days after the news broke, Kraut and René Opsedee had a vision at one of Bas’ favorite festivals, Fusion. A tribute had to be made for this loving, colorful soul, this rebel and founding father of Shoeless, Alter Ego Night and Confetteria.

A week later the track Confetti was born with the spot-on words of Dutch poet Rene Oskam and sung by Belgian singer René Opsedee. A mesmerizing tribute to the man who touched the lives of so many people in the Amsterdam music scene.

On the same day, the track came together, Kraut shared the track with Acid Pauli, also a good friend of Bas through music. During sundown that same day he played the track for many of Bas’ friends and family. It was a special moment. There, Acid Pauli decided to do his one version to celebrate the positive impact Bas had on him as well.

One of the last conversations Kraut had with Bas was about setting up a new label/agency to give the talent they were surrounded with a platform to grow beyond themselves. Now this conversation has become reality and The Other Eye is the result of Bas’ dream to connect creatives in new ways. Everyone who worked on the EP is either a good friend of Bas or has been touched otherwise by his enthusiasm.

So... We’re proud as a peacock to present the first tangible result in the form of an EP named Confetti, the stuff Bas liked to throw around in almost unlimited quantities. The Confetti EP is a physical tribute to Bas in an attempt to capture the soul of everything he stood for. Included are an exclusive remix by Acid Pauli and artwork by the talented Lotte van de Hoef.

To get this EP on vinyl we started a crowdfunding campaign. If 151 people order the EP, we’ve reached break-even and the record will be printed. The price for this EP is 13 euro. We have 30 days to make it happen.

World BEAThoven Project:

On the occasion of the 250th anniversary of nature enthusiast, humanist, visionary and composition genius Ludwig van Beethoven, an international network under the direction and idea of ​​cultural manager Darius Darek (Taxi MunDJal MusiX) produced an extraordinary album: Twenty melodies from Beethoven's works were recorded on non-European musical instruments by musicians based in the Cologne-Bonn region. This sample databank was created under the direction of Hans Zimmer's sample library developer Felix Ohlert and was then used by music producers worldwide as the basis for new tracks of electronic music.
The album now being released will be presented at festivals and in clubs and rearranged for a 35-piece brass orchestra (Youth Brass Band NRW).

As Darius Darek's academic background is geography, he has implemented sustainable, degrowth and minimalism based, fair, green, common-good-oriented and alternative ways of life into this music project. A transdisciplinary designed artivism towards a socio-ecological transformation: 

- to promote „cultural diversity“ the project is a collaboration with musicians of diverse music cultures to record a sample databank.

- to promote „cultural heritage“ the project aims to upcycle & remix almost forgotten music by worldwide electronic music producers.

- to promote „creative commons“ the sample databank and the remixes can be used and listened to for free.

- to promote „socio-ecological projects“ the remixes are presented at green, transformational or zero waste festivals, at intergenerational bicycle rides or in „freeboxes“ (https://tinyurl.com/freeboxvideo).

- to include „citizen participation“ a random local youth involvement and a worldwide production contest (in cooperation with Arts Council England) were carried out: www.globallocal.co.uk/remixspace/

- the project thus supports some of the sustainable development goals (SDGs): reduced inequalities, sustainable cities and communities, quality education, gender equality and climate action.

We are proud to present the debut EP of the talented artist pshiuu, who already crossed our path last year.

Starting with the single “Das Kind im Weltall” and then participating in the last down.tape, his freshly produced Fable EP is now available, which again reflects the musical development of pshiuu.

For 2 Tracks he teamed up with his friends MONKYMAN and DJ Fehlt, but all four tracks will take you on a journey you want to repeat immediately. We are very curious about what pshiuu will release in the future and we will be happy to follow it up closely.
