Back in the 90s, I grew up making hip hop and jungle — digging into old 70s funk records for breaks and inspiration. This time, I thought I’d flip that concept and create one of those records myself.

"Brighter Day" is written and produced entirely by me – lyrics and instrumentation. At its heart, it’s about stopping the suffering in the world and protecting the innocent children caught up in the bad decisions made by those in power.

It’s funk with a message. A reminder that even in dark times, we can strive for a brighter day. 🌍❤️
