CD'en indeholder den formelle praksis af Mindfulness meditation - Body Scan, eller en såkaldt kropsscanning på dansk.

Øvelserne er på hhv. 10, 20, og 40 minutter og kan nemt implementeres i en travl hverdag, hvor tid kan synes at være en knap ressource.
Brug fx de første 3 uger dagligt med at anvende den 10 minutters guidning. Begynd dernæst at supplere hver 2. dag med 20 minutters guidning i 3 uger.
Til sidst begynder du at tage 1-2 gange om ugen hvor du mediterer til den 40 minutters guidning - også over en 3 ugers periode.
Efter disse 9 uger er den bedste anbefaling, at du dagligt mediterer enten 10 eller 20 minutter. Vælg alt efter hvad du har brug for og mærk efter hvad din krop fortæller dig.

Body Scan kan bruges som støtte til at træne koncentrationen, holde fokus, øge kreativiteten, samt opøve evnen til at være i nuet.
