Flowers on Monday - When You Smile (Original Mix) [YION]

This year's Summer Collection (curated by label owner Nick Warren) is 20 tracks of Electronic gold. Every track chosen reflects the diversity of the label and showcases some wonderful artists' work.

We kick off with Leandro Caceres' "A Strange Case", a melancholy journey of part sadness and part joy. Next is Urmet K with "Sri Sukta", organic Sri Lankan vibes with a beautiful vocal from Shawni. Nosssia with "Amoureux" brings a weighty groove and melody to die for. We drop the tempo next with Marcan Liav and "Aninat In Space", a beautiful vocal track.

Stillhead is no stranger to The Soundgarden and with "Amusia" we head straight to the beach for a relaxed and groovy journey.

Bautista Toniolo brings us "Grumari", a lovely light progressive track with a refrain not a million miles away from 70s prog rock.

Pedro Capelossi is up next with "Mystical Atlas" which as its name suggests, takes you on a journey around the globe. This went down a treat for Nick in Argentina this year.

Amol Reon serves up a groovy delight with "The Dawn" Joyous melodies envelope you and send the dancefloor into overdrive.

French artist Sasson delivers "Crossing Path" that locks you in and doesn't let you go, a great track by this young artist.

And lastly we have Maezbi's "Patri" is all things gorgeous, like a walk in the rainforest. It is one of Nick's favourite tracks of the past year.

I really hope you enjoy this selection of tracks, every one of them is worthy of your attention.

Ásgeir "I Know You Know" [White Leaf Midnight Edit]

Eric Lune returns to Madloch's 3rd Avenue for the remix EP of "Benji". The original got released in 2018 and is one of the most successful tracks ever on the label. For the first remix we welcome dutch producer Navar. Last year he made a remix on Sound Avenue for Madloch and Subnode. From the USA we got Forerunners making his label debut. The final remix is from the new alias of Khetouin "Orange and Indigo".

Madloch's Sound Avenue imprint welcomes Mariner + Domingo to the label for their debut EP.  The US artists have an extensive history in electronic music, dating all the way back to the early nineties when the Florida club scene was a central hub for the movement. With a sound that resonates between organic and progressive house, the US duo have re-emerged over the course of 2020. Releases via Balkan Connection, One Of A Kind, RYNTH and The Purr have been vehicles for their romantic melodies and exotic rhythms. Seemingly a perfect fit for Sound Avenue's music policy, the duo now make their first appearance on the label with 'Le' Carnival'.
