Ed Rubi, known by his artist name Chomby, is a musician, DJ, and record producer. His musical interests began at the age of 12 when he picked up his first guitar. After falling in love with the instrument, he began writing songs for years to come. His musical journey took a turn after he went to his first rave “Together As One” in 2010. He heard live electronic music for the first time, and immediately a passion for the scene.

Today, Chomby loves dark future bass, and vibey downtempo. He infuses both of these styles into his own work, including his album “Letting Go”. DJ sets are one of Chomby’s favorite shows to play, because it allows him to express his unique taste of music to fresh ears. His most memorable performance was his Campo OG set at Nocturnal Wonderland in 2019.
