In the second part, the andante pace continues, with heightened obstinato movements in the strings symbolizing the inexorable passage of time. The inclusion of passionate piano, female vocalizing, and the resonant tones of brass instruments and electric guitar adds layers of intensity and emotion to the orchestral tapestry. This musical odyssey weaves a narrative of mystery, melancholy, and passionate introspection, leaving an indelible impression of enchantment on the listener's soul.

A Wolf in Her Mind

"A Wolf in Her Mind" is a dynamic fusion rock track inspired by George MacDonald's white witch Watho in the story "The Romance of Photogen and Nycteris." Delving into the ambivalent nature of Watho's character, the song explores her inner turmoil and transformation. 

With a blend of electric guitar riffs, pulsating bass lines, driving drums, and multi-texured synthesizers, including sequencers that add layers of rhythmic intricacy, the music mirrors Watho's mysterious and enigmatic nature. The haunting slide guitar weaves seamlessly through the arrangement, capturing the essence of Watho's allure. 

The addition of a choir adds depth and richness to the composition, while subtle sound effects, like wolf growls, enhance the atmosphere, creating a captivating auditory experience that invites listeners into the world of Watho's psyche.

"Zoic" immerses listeners in a tapestry of richly textured soundscapes that evoke primordial landscapes. Morphing sound clusters intertwine in a continuous flow, adorned with haunting echoes reminiscent of distant whale songs or the primal calls of prehistoric creatures. 

Amidst this auditory tapestry, hints of avian chirps and the rustle of unseen fauna evoke a vibrant ecosystem teeming with life. Synthesizer pads and bass lines sculpt the passage of time itself, evoking the essence of a bygone era in the enigmatic world of "zoic."

Valhjim is a music composer with an eclectic approach to different genres: rock, pop, folk, New Age, and experimental electronic music. Greatly driven by imagination and poetic imagery, he combines multiple instrumental textures to fire the imagination of his listeners. 

His more experimental ambience and electronic music is built with layers of suggestive sound textures, rhythms, and melodic lines that stir the imagination into suggestive imagery and worlds unseen, true architectures of sound that open up limitless spaces to explore.
