On this week's edition we welcome our close friend: BROSS.

His productions have been supported by a wide array of international artists, and myself too, have played his tracks at Do Not Sit On The Furniture Miami, receiving great feedback from the crowd.

The call of qualitative electronic music drove him into founding Deep House Bucharest, a manifesto for discovering more than noise in music. Being able to guess the crowd’s wishes, he is migrating from deep house to melodic progressive because in his vision the dance floor was created for soul freeing trough frenetic moves. 

When you see Bross at the decks you discover what passion for music truly looks like. Be it at the venue, be it at the studio, you will find him fully absorbed by sounds.

Confidence and hard working is opening highways in the field for the young artist that have a bright future ahead.

This rising talent out of Bucharest, Romania is sure to be heard around the melodic and deep house stages this summer season. Having recently just played Neversea festival as well as Deep In The Backyard alongside acts like Bross, YokoO, El Mundo Lost Desert, Lee Burridge, Adrien, Mohoney, he has a lot of momentum leading into an upcoming release on Nie Wieder Schlafen later this year. His production style is in a constant state of evolution, especially following a life changing experience at All Day I Dream -  Woodstock 69 in 2017 where he discovered a new realm of sound of which to apply his melodic ambitions.

Canopy Sounds 42: DSF

The connection between me and Magician on Duty started a while ago, when i met Adrian and did a podcast for him. A year later, i delivered to him my first EP on Magician on Duty: Miraviglia and that's how we managed to create a relation ship based on friendship and desire of doing a special party in Bucharest.

Adrian came to Bucharest with 4 days before the party and we worked alongside friends and family on decorations and preparing the party that has been one of the best we ever made.

The night started with Adrien(Ro) warming up in style, with slow beats and warm pads that made the crowd gather in front of the booth so they can feel more the vibration of music.

After Adrien (Ro) it was time for the main act, the Magician on Duty behind the decks started a bit nervous in front of a bigger crowd than we expected. By the passing of half an hour he had already made them scream and dance like there was no place for any other emotion than a good feeling of a long night magic party.

After the magician, i took the place in the booth and as you will listen in the next 2 and a half hours, I tried to make everybody forget about their problems and bad thoughts.  We where all connected and nothing could make us more happy than the music and the FRIENDS that were all around the place!

After i finished playing, both Adrien and Magician on duty closed the morning with a B2B set that will probably be posted soon... :D

Valid @ Final Celebration

Valentin Dogaru also known for his stage name - Valid, is a young DJ and producer from Romania. His interest in electronic music rose many years ago when he started attending local gigs in Bucharest, with great main guests like John Digweed, Sasha, Hernan Cattaneo, Nick Warren, Lee Burridge, Henry Saiz  and the list continues. 
Willing to take his passion for music to the next level, he decided to start recording sets, gathering some of the most newly released songs, that had an impact on him. This resulted into a flavour of deep, progressive and a little bit of tech rhythms. In order to take things further he started playing together with his friends, the creators of We Love Progressive and undrGRND brands, at their organized parties in Bucharest. 
He shared booth with international artists such as Brian Cid, Cid Inc, Mariano Mellino, Nick Varon, John Cosani and his sets were played at Progressive Beats, Frisky Radio, Ibiza Global Radio, IFM Radio, mIX-oNe FM and Saturo  Sounds. 
Music is an art, a form of expressing individual emotions and feelings using one`s imagination and creativity. Following this challanging idea, Valid decided to take this path by completing a production course and starting a new project, where his life experience, feelings and ideas can come to life through his tracks.
He is very determined to invest more time and resources into his passion so this means that we will continue to hear his amazing recorded and also live sets.
