The name Akasha comes from Sanskrit and means sky, referring to the original principle from which all elements of the universe come, where everything is born, grows, and expresses itself through Akasha. Every being is guided by the inner quest to understand Akasha in life, whether that goal is conscious or not. For Marco Scognamiglio, the awakening of this awareness came when he experienced a transformative sonic journey, leading him to create the artistic project that carries this profound name.

To do justice to it, Marco has crafted a strong musical identity, with themes that allude to flying, space, other dimensions, the future, and spiritual evolution. His music and performances are highly psychedelic and danceable, striking a balance between moments of tension and calmness. 
Throughout his career, he has consistently topped the Beatport Psy Trance charts with several number one hits and released music through the biggest Psy Trance labels. With over a decade as DJ, Thatha is considered as one the top Djs in the world, she puts all her love into her music and it’s shown by the crowd’s respect and affection. Also her Dj sets are mixed with a lot of harmony and versatility allied to a very good technic, she’s able to take the dancefloor where she wants with her charm and lightness.

After some time her career as DJ was driven into a new goal, the music production. Her music was taking shape and she created her Live act “Altruism”.

It was an instant success and in 2010 she achieved the Beatport top 10 with her compilation  “Magic Mirror”. In 2011 she joined the South African label Nano Records, where she already released 3 Ep’s. “Beyond Illusion” in 2011, “Fat Beat” in 2013 and "311" in 2015.

Este talento 100% nacional tuvo su motivación por la música 
desde la infancia. 
Siempre en contacto con la música, se sumerge a investigar y se detiene a conocer los sonidos y el ritmo de tal genero “Techno House” , siempre dando preferencia a sonidos divertidos, coquetos y frescos. Experimentando al mismo tiempo diferentes tipos de música. 

Poco a poco a buscado mejorar e incrementar su experiencia, cuidando la selección de cada track en sus Set`s. El objetivo de cada set es dar a conocer su estilo y un régimen distinto. Trabajando por computadoras y olvidándose de los vinilos por completo podríamos decir que este colega siempre a predominado en sus actuaciones 

Gracias a su exigente gusto por la música, lo lleva a producir su música, música inteligente cambiando el objetivo a algo totalmente diferente.

A la edad de 13 años tubo contacto con la música Goa//Psytrance//Full on no tardo en emprender su deseo de se como artistas que lo inspiraban a ser como ellos inicio tocando en fiestas pequeñas y decidió crear su proyecto Valkunt tomando en cuenta su memoria auditiva de tracks escuchados para empezar su primera pista (White in mind)
Actualmente esta trabajando en su nuevo álbum sacando lo mejor de su experiencia como dj y productor haciendo volar tu mente.
