20 years ago we had the privilege to open “electronically” the Boom festival after a memorable concert by the Star Sound Orchestra. On this occasion we wrote a whole intro track especially for this event, a kind of minimal and hypnotic tune aimed to be played only once to launch the Boom spaceship. 

Not only It was the first electronic song of this festival but also the very first track written after the New Age Surf album. We never released it because of its ephemeral aspect and today we felt it was a good time to share it again after 2 decades.

INGRAINED INSTINCTS is a psytrance project consisting of Tilemachos Vlachos, and Dafy Deliangelos from Greece. After releasing their first collaboration with SuperModule 'HEADS FIRST' on Lucas's compilation AVANT GARDEN II last year, TIP Records is proud to present their new EP 'GROOVE PRINCIPLES'. Known for their kicking leads, funky basslines and floor destroying live sets, these guys, on loan from their home label SANGOMA, have put together a tasty two track EP featuring 'OLD DOCTRINE'... and also their remix of MANDELBROT's classic 'NEW REFORMED CHURCH OF BLAST'.
