Jai FromDaWay has rhymed for as long as he has been able to speak, after hearing Rappers Delight as a boy he started his career as an emcee in 1980. His love of music specifically Hip Hop led him to found the independent label, Sinate Sound Recordings in 2000, where he presides as President. He entered the Hip Hop arena in 2006 with the debut album T.O.PA as a member of the group Da Sinate.
Jai FromDaWay comes from Pittsburgh, PA’s most famous district “The Hill.” His Hip Hop roots trace back to the Pittsburgh’s pioneers Mel-Man and DJ Double KK. He is the complete package, Emcee, DJ, Producer and B-Boy. Jai FromDaWay is a multitalented emcee who has the ability to reinvent himself with each rhyme while remaining loyal to his Hip Hop roots. His flow and sound are unlike any you have ever heard, raw, gritty, and real.
