THE FIVE ELEMENTS SOUND MEDITATION
This meditation from Gwen focuses on dissolving the "I-being" in the silence of the unnameable and impersonal being. The purpose of the meditation is to bring the body/mind back into balance, to revitalize it and to make it resonate with the impersonal and unconditional presence.
The starting point are the five elements represented by four tuned Full Moon singing bowls, which are positioned according to the four points of the compass.
A gong opens and closes the meditation as the first cause. The Tingsha bells keep us alert and present with their high, clear sound.

FULL MOON SINGING BOWLS
These singing bowls are made of pure metals in Nepal. They are only forged on a full moon night in the light of a completely bright full moon. The makers clean themselves before they start making the metal alloy and then forge the shells. These singing bowls are specially made for us and are available from us.

INSTRUCTION
Sit or lie down relaxed. Preferably with headphones. Let all thoughts and sensations pass like clouds in the blue sky. And immerse yourself in being timelessly present and storyless being.
The meditation is recorded in 8D, so that the spatial experience,
especially with headphones, is great. For these 8D recordings we used the acoustics profile of a pyramid, so when listening to it you will feel like you are in a pyramid.

Give yourself and allow yourself that moment of stillness and relaxation.
