Dario Contratto aka BIRKENDROP is a bassist and DJ based in Turin. He started producing music in 2012 with drums and electric bass in different bands until he became resident bassist of a grind-punk band in Turin.
His passion for the DJ was born in 2019 when he started attending different clubs and festivals. Berlin's techno and his underground culture fascinated him to the point of researching and discovering different meeting points between punk and electronic music of the early 70s / 80s. From that moment on he is always looking for new artists to know and listen to in order to learn new points of view and new sounds.
