Chapter 2 of my artistic journey is here. With this album called "what is" we embark on an explorative journey with one clear goal: pushing the envelope.

This album builds the sonic foundation onto which I will build to bring emotions and stories from my home studio to your ears.

It's been four years since I started producing and this wouldn't have been possible.
Big thanks to my friends on the discord, my teachers, and everyone who is participating in this journey.
It gives me hope.

@koryu_budo is back on wax again with a very special release. It means a great pleasure for the label to have one of the pivotal figures of the Madrid underground techno scene on board, Herr @unkle-fon.

Some years ago, Madrid club scene was formed by conventional clubs in conventional locations with conventional opening and closing times and usually, conventional programming. Manuel Cano then founded Utopía Secret Society and things changed forever for the city’s underground nightlife.

Now as you may have noticed there is no club scene at all, neither conventional nor illegal, sign of the times.

Musically speaking, Manuel started as a guitarist and soon evolved into studio engineer, label owner, club promoter, record shop owner (Ater Cosmo), social agitator… and adventurous character that reflects in his productions all his knowledge of the dancefloor.

"Jisatsu" is a slow-paced broken beat surrounded with smooth textures, soon joined by a repetitive synth line that adds the hypnotic component.

"Genroku Ako" follows with a cosmic approach, continuous percussive and synthetic lines run together on a fast BPM exercise obsessive, linear and mental.

On the flip side, "47 Ronin" uses dreamy stabs over a relentless groove mixing liquidity with tension.

Closing the release "Shuppatsu" is an almost beatless exercise, just with 909 rimshots, toms and snares spiced with ethereal components.

A timeless futuristic release that can wait on your record bag until things go in better directions.

Signal Rec continues its journey in 2021 with an amazing release filled of excellent artists.

Power bass lines, mental and hypnotic techno Bernardo Hangar delivers emotions in form of sound textures and shifted frequencies, He has the ability of bending perception and convert one into his own conceptual reality through a role of atmospherical and incisive cuts.

The balance between the rolling drums and the uplifting percussion are capable of bringing listeners into a certain state of mind. The warm and melodic synths fit perfectly into many layers of this Crime as Service remix.

Kellener’s version has a hypnotic synth travelling up and down over a killer base that gives an incredible groove to the whole EP.

Casual Treatment's remix inquire intrigued ears about perception and the notion of space with a non-easy and self-regulated speech.

Last but not least there is Spanish producer PWCCA and his contribution: the rise of the dark pads, a continuous climax and unique drive by bringing diverse and ever evolving patterns, perfectly matching deserved finale on this release.

The result is a powerful EP that clearly demonstrates a unique and personal approach to these great five contemporary techno artists.

Kolejną osobą, która przedstawi swoją wizję grania, jest Piotr Figiel – producent muzyczny, live actowiec i DJ z Krakowa. Wcześniej kojarzony ze swoich wydawnictw pod aliasami DCM i Peter Feegle, od 2014 działa pod własnym imieniem i nazwiskiem. W swojej twórczości Piotr łączy przeróżne inspiracje, skupiając się na techno, IDM, oryginalnym sound designie, dobrym brzmieniu i graniu hardware’owych live actów. Te ostatnie miał okazję zaprezentować między innymi na festiwalach takich jak Street Art Festival, Ars Cameralis, dwukrotnie na Tauron Nowa Muzyka czy na legendarnym Instytucie w Warszawie. Jego produkcje i remiksy wydawane były w wielu polskich i zagranicznych labelach. Oprócz działalności solowej, w duecie z Dominikiem Gawrońskim tworzy projekt Krakowitz, eksplorując syntezatorowo-melodyjną stronę muzyki, przyprawioną nostalgią lat dziecięcych.

Zajmuje się także produkcją, miksem i masteringiem, pomagając innym artystom osiągnąć wymarzone brzmienie ich muzyki. Od 6 lat prowadzi na antenie Off Radio Kraków audycję “Essentia Electronica”, która stała się jednym z najważniejszych źródeł informacji i promocji dla krakowskiej sceny muzyki elektronicznej.

W podcaście przygotowanym przez Piotra znalazło się trochę nowości wydawniczych oraz produkcje samego autora – jeden z utworów, “What If”, został wydany w ramach “Head noise EP” dla labelu Unknown Territory. Całość zwraca uwagę bogatą warstwą perkusyjną, nieoczywistymi zestawieniami precyzyjnie dobranych utworów i płynnym przechodzeniem poprzez różne muzyczne obszary – minimalistyczne, hipnotyczne „toole”, „bleepowe” techno, dubtechnowe atmosfery i emocjonalne melodie. W rozmowie Piotr dzieli się swoim podejściem do opowiadania muzycznych historii w formie setów i podcastów – zachęcam do odsłuchu połączonego z lekturą!

Thoughts. es la nueva plataforma de Ricardo Garduno en la que lanza únicamente su propia música sin ninguna limitación.

Después de la primera referencia, titulada "Cognitive Disorder", lanzada en julio de 2020, llega la segunda referencia, "Falling In Wrong Paths", compuesta de siete pistas, un six-tracker en una edición en casete y en formato digital, que tendrá una canción extra.

Club Furies es muy feliz de poder estrenar una pista de un gran artista, fundador de Illegal Alien Records, y un referente internacional en el tecno. Se trata de la pista 'B.1 Fake Interaction'.

M I L L I has always been captured and inspired by music, often considering it as the only form of personal expression.
Over the years she approaches various genres, but to really capture her soul are the darkest, sour and penetrating sounds of techno music, to which she decides to devote all herself as a DJ, making this melody the soundtrack of her own life.
