Gforty, Berlin-based Groove Techno artist, delivers a hypnotic 3-hour live set from Sisyphos’ Tunnel Floor, Berlin, on 01.06.2025. Blending dark tribal rhythms with Detroit Techno and Chicago House influences, this 2025 recording captures the raw energy of Berlin’s underground scene. Featured on BBC Radio One’s Essential Mix and Mixmag, Gforty’s style has earned support from Carl Cox, DJ Bone, Ben Sims, Len Faki, Richie Hawtin, Berghain resident DJ Boris and more. She is a producer and DJ whose sets carry a clear signature and genuine emotion. Shaleen tells stories through sound and pulsing, atmospheric journeys that reach far beneath the surface. Her music feels warm, her transitions vivid, driven not by perfection but by authenticity. This approach shapes not only her DJ sets but also her own productions. Alongside her Tresor West residency and her work as a producer and DJ, she carefully builds platforms of her own. With SURD, a multidisciplinary event series in the Ruhr area, she brings together electronic music, visual art and social discourse. And with Spellbound, her new label, she opens a space for experimental, hypnotic sounds – raw, playful and profoundly deep.

In an interview with Andre Kronert, Shaleen speaks about long hours in the studio, producing modularly and surrendering fully to improvisation. Without pre-planned structures or digital safety nets, she immerses herself in a creative process led by instinct. Her inspiration comes from personal experience and electrifying textures brought to life through analog equipment.

He|Him

Marvin Hoyer aka Vanta based in Leipzig, is an artist who navigates the space between raw intensity and hypnotic sound design. Originally rooted in metalcore and hardcore, he has always been drawn to the realms of electronic and experimental music. Exploring the unknown through impulsive rhythms, dissociative sounds, and dark, immersive atmospheres, his goal is to captivate listeners with his productions, DJ sets, and live performances.

Since 2019, Vanta has been shaping his distinct sound within both the local and international scene, releasing on labels such as Charybdis, Further Sessions, KVLTÖ Records, and Deflection Music, among others. His productions reflect a deep fascination with raw energy, hypnotic structures, and sonic contrasts—merging intensity with precision.

In late 2024, he became an official member of Munich-based IO Records, finding not only a creative home but also a like-minded community. In 2025, he joined Leipzig's aequalis crew, known for its influential event series that once defined the sound of the late Institut für Zukunft and now continues to evolve beyond its former home.

With a vision that bridges genres and defies conventions, Vanta remains committed to pushing sonic boundaries-always seeking the next unexplored space in sound.
