KineTypes on the Original - "Discovering the emotion brought by the piano, inspired me to find sounds that would elevate the experience of the listener in every section. Creating a runway from one emotion to the next and making it memorable."

"While staying true to the original feel, we added in gitchy effects, some reversed synths, widened some sounds, and went for a euphoric, melancholic, yet hopeful tone. The original keys, trance synth, and arp really set that mood.  The flute synth is melancholy in audio form, it reminded me (Rekkitt) of Gustavo Santaolalla broken string violin playing from Last Of Us. It played a huge role on how to think about the track and what direction it should go. It's easy to make aggressive sounds, and make people want to headbang, but this time there was no need, soft emotion can be so much bigger than raw and angry sound design sometimes. Overall a great track, it came together relatively fast, we had gotten sick at separate times, so we had to delay the upload so we were sure it was ready to go."

KineTypes on remixing -  "Listening to the first remix draft, I got inspired to bring my sound design side to give a layer of glitches and sparks to enhance the melodic tones created in the new rendition."
