Literally just trying to rediscover my ability to be creative. Years of the grind and self-loathing from the grind have left me a shell of what I used to be, and I just want to feel passionate about being creative again. It’s easy to lose and hard to regain. Consistently doubting my creative side when I sit in front of a DAW for hours with nothing to show for it. Easy to fall into the mindset of “why the fuck am I even trying to do this” every time I open my program. Here’s to hoping I’m able to put out at least one track by the end of the year every year.
