Neodruidic Transmissions VA – A sonic relic of mystical messages transmitted through time and space by futuristic druids.

In a distant future, druidic rituals have evolved into intricate sonic algorithms, unlocking portals of consciousness. This compilation is a collection of lost transmissions—resonances emerging from digital forests and the echoes of ancient incantations. Each track serves as a key to an altered state, where shamanic past and cybernetic destiny intertwine in an eternal spell. Psychedelic textures drift through half-tempo and accelerate rhythms , weaving an auditory tapestry that dissolves the boundaries between the organic and the synthetic, the archaic and the futuristic.

We begin by welcoming back our master shaman, KOP 32, who unveils an opening ritual woven with minimalist incantations expanding across the stereo field, accompanied by melodies that echo the very first spells. Next, Organic Signs’ label manager Jan Swam guides us through a landscape of shifting textures, sliced open by psychedelic synths and softened by a ceaseless whisper, keeping us suspended in a hypnotic trance. As we journey deeper into the portal, we encounter our beloved Solma, whose unmistakable neodruidic sound—so beautifully captured in his recent debut album—unfolds like an ancient prophecy.

We welcome Autogenesis, an Australian artist whose sonic alchemy has graced various esteemed labels. For this occasion, he conjures a track that rises in intensity, showcasing masterful craftsmanship in the art of space and expansion. We extend a warm welcome to the enigmatic French producer Sòn du Maquis. A shadowy architect of sound, he gifts us a track brimming with untamed energy, battle-hardened and triumphant on the dancefloor. Sirens wail through the air, summoned by the voice of a sorcerer from the abyss, weaving a spell that lingers long after the last echo fades.And finally, closing the neofuturistic portal, we present WAPAQ—the visionary duo of xci and blechh—making also their Organic Signs debut. They leave us with a spectral transmission, a hypnotic blend of celestial pulses and subterranean echoes, a spellbinding finale to this sonic odyssey.

WAPAQ - Bythal Portal Dub

There’s a space between life and death where memory, emotion, and rhythm blur into something unspoken, that’s where Vanta begins. “Between Life and Death”, his debut album on IO Records, draws from personal upheaval, pairing stark introspection with glimmers of defiance. The project navigates the tension between collapse and healing, with tracks like “Intrusive Thoughts” and “Void” oscillating between vulnerability and strength. It’s a record that doesn’t offer resolution, only presence, a sonic companion for those walking their own edge.

Opening with “Dissociative Drift”, Vanta wastes no time setting the emotional temperature. The track feels like falling into a dream you half-remember, bleepy percussion echoing like distant signals, submerged beneath fog-thick drones and viscous synth lines. It’s less a song than a state of mind, evoking the sensation of floating through murky water, unsure if you’re surfacing or sinking. A slow, syncopated pulse guides you, not forward, but inward.

Those who’ve kept their ears tuned to the innovative underground have likely stumbled upon the tribalistic, psychedelic, and focused sounds of Auckland-based producer Eli Høff. Melekan is no exception. Melding traditional psychedelic textures with the deep, introspective palette of the contemporary mental tekno movement, the album constructs a fully immersive world. Synthesised insects chatter, unseen creatures wail, and natural percussive echoes ripple across locked-in low-end grooves, hallmarks of Høff’s hypnotic approach.

Inspired by the bush and doof scenes of Aotearoa and Australia, Melekan feels both ancient and immediate. Its sound suggests a forest alive with ritual: bass hits like the footsteps of larger entities, birdlike chirps flitting through branches, and strange conversations drifting in the wind.

More than a collection of tracks, Melekan is a sonic painting: an ecosystem of rhythm and resonance that dances, breathes, and beckons the listener deeper.
