Elliphant is an internationally renowned, multi-platinum selling artist, described as the eternal rebel. Swedish-born Ellinor Olovsdotter made made her debut in 2012 with the lo-fi track ”Tekkno Scene”, that was featured in FIFA 13, even before adopting the moniker Elliphant. (”I grew into the name. At first it didn’t mean anything, but now it means everything for me. There’s the saying about the elephant in the room and I always felt I’m the uncomfortable person in the room. The one that’s too loud and talk too much”). Soon, she signed to Dr. Luke’s label, Kemosabe Records, followed by the release of her self-titled EP and the debut LP ”A Good Idea”, that landed late in 2013. Since her debut, Elliphant has kept breaking new ground with her unconventional, raw punk attitude and energetic expression. Mixing different genres and seamlessly making hem into her own.

In July 2020 Elliphant unleashed ”Uterus”, the first solo release in four years. A raw, melancholy infused pop song that illustrate how the comfort, safety and innocence of the womb is lost once we’re born. And how life’s purity becomes increasingly fragile as we grow and engage with the world. A track that embodies the sensitive undeniably affecting and powerful sound, which reflects that Elliphant has kicked off a new era.

Managed to watch the blockbuster hit Zoolander 2 yet? Well, keep an ear

out for Jolie and the Key's quirky Italian cover of Ray Charles' classic 'Hit the Road Jack' on the movies official soundtrack. Jolie and the Key are certainly making noise across the Atlantic after impressing some of the big names in Europe including MTV, BBC and Canal+.

 

No time to waste, the duo are currently in Los Angeles working round the clock on their album featuring some impressive names.

 

Their first single 'FIRE' featuring in a track produced by Skrillex's favourite Phonat, under the OSWLA label is currently climbing the MTV charts and is aired on the major radio stations across the globe.

2016 'WILL' be a big one for these two...

Elvia Aurora Ferreira was born on February 1st, 1991 in Jersey City, New Jersey. By the age of 2, she would always sing along with everyone at church, trying to learn all of the Christian songs. By the age of 10, she began to perform for everyone at school and also started to compose her own music. 

While in the 8th grade, Elvia learned about The Visual Performing Arts High School Program, which is now called The Jersey City Arts High School Program. It is a program for talented young teens who want to take on a career in Music, Art, or Drama. Music was always Elvia’s passion, so she audition and was accepted. She knew that joining this program would teach her everything she needed to know about music! 

While attending The New Jersey City Arts High School Program, Elvia was automatically in the chorus. There she learned how to develop her ear and learned how to blend with the other vocalists. During the middle of sophomore year, the program added recitals. Elvia performed her first solo recital that year, singing “Somewhere Over The Rainbow”. She began to receive private voice lessons her junior year of high school.

In the years 2007 – 2009, Elvia was asked to sing the National Anthem in various occasions for Roberto Clemente Little League and for The Jersey City Police vs Salinas Puerto Rico police base ball game.

In 2013, Elvia graduated from the number one music school in the United States, the Berklee College of Music as a voice principle dual majoring in Music Performance and Music Business and Management. She currently resides in Jersey City, NJ.

Her greatest vocal icons consist of Celine Dion, Mariah Carey, Luis Fonsi, Laura Pausini, Camila, Juan Luis Guerra and many more.

Elvia is currently working on her own music and hopes to touch many people all over the world with her music and her talent
