Nasty Gloss is a Montreal based producer and DJ crafting worlds where emotion meets movement. His name reflects the duality at the core of his sound: “Nasty” It’s the part of his sound that provokes, disrupts, and pulls listeners into the deeper, darker textures of desire and tension. “Gloss” is the counterbalance, fluid, immersive, and smoothing the chaos with wet texture. Together, they form an experience that both provokes and seduces.

A growing force in Montreal’s electronic underground, Nasty Gloss has brought his cinematic, tactile sound to major stages including PIQUE Festival, Piknic Électronik, and the Palomosa After Party. He’s also deeply rooted in the rave circuit, performing at some of the city’s most sought-after underground nights such as Latex, Homeby6, Virtualis, Hauterageous, and many more. His vision extends beyond the booth, having collaborated with Lignes de Fuite and Fecal Matter for their “NEVER CONFORM” event in Montréal.

As storyteller, Nasty Gloss continues to evolve, inviting listeners into spaces where intimacy, rhythm, and imagination collide. His sound merges deep atmospheric swells, pulsing rhythms, glossy distortion, and emotional tension, blurring the lines between club euphoria and sensual immersion.

A signature of his work is the use of the human voice as texture. He weaves breath, whisper, and subtle mouth sounds into his mixes transforming the voice into rhythm, tension, and desire. The result is something alive under the skin: immersive, physical, and magnetic.

In Nasty Gloss’s world, every track is engineered for motion built to ripple through bodies and space. They unfold through trippy textures, dramatic bridges, and ambient haze, becoming stories in motion. Each performance is an atmosphere, a feeling, a world built moment by moment.
