he third release from Symbolism is a gripping journey through dystopian soundscapes.

SYM003 combines mysterious, deep textures with an emotional intensity that runs through all the tracks. Dark rhythms and atmospheric elements merge into a hypnotic sound, revealing a world filled with tension and fragility.
This time, he enlisted the talented Decoder as a remixer.

It's not all about Berlin, there is also some great music coming out of the rest Germany. Upcoming artist Name_Less is based in Düsseldorf and promisses to break the current codes of techno: his infusion of house pads and vocals into the groove is reminiscent of a period where the two genres could meet within a set, or even a track. The revival of Hardgroove is also about this: bringing the soul back into these 4x4 beats. This "Ritual Groove" EP does it extremely well with a Chicago energy and dub bass-lines that deliver a gorgeous nostalgic feel. 

On the B Side, TRACKSÜIT90 and DJ SUN put a spin on it. Glasgow producer TRACKSÜIT90 remixes the title track with an absurdly powerful angle, taking the tribal drums and vocals for a ride. This is Hardgroove meets Power House at its best. Finally, we needed some actual techno to round this off, and DJ SUN does not disappoint: layering stabbing voices and electrifying textured the Swiss artist delivers a minimalistic and superbly deep rework of "Hit Em".
