Synthetik Sounds Unveils Star-Studded Compilation to Support LA Fire Relief Efforts

Los Angeles, CA – January 27, 2025 – Los Angeles techno label Synthetik Sounds is proud to announce the release of a powerful 39-track Various Artists compilation featuring an extraordinary lineup of global techno talent. In a time of urgent need, 100% of proceeds from the compilation will be donated to LA Fire Relief Funds, supporting communities affected by the devastating wildfires that created havoc in the Los Angeles area in January 2025.

In January 2025, the Palisades and Eaton wildfires in Los Angeles County burned over 37,000 acres, destroyed more than 16,000 structures, caused at least 29 fatalities, and led to the evacuation of over 200,000 residents, affecting many in the underground techno and house community in our city.

When we asked artists to contribute to a V/A release to help our community, we found ourselves overewhelmed by the amount of support we received.

This monumental release unites over 40 cutting-edge artists, all contributing their signature sounds to this meaningful cause. From techno veterans to rising stars, the compilation is a showcase of boundary-pushing artistry and the unity of the electronic music community.

Synthetik Sounds co-founder, Marco Sgalbazzini, stated, “The recent wildfires have had a devastating impact on our local communities here in Los Angeles. This compilation is our way of giving back, using the universal power of music to bring aid, hope, and resilience to those affected. We are incredibly grateful to the artists who donated their music and to our fans who will support this release. When we began reaching out to artists we envisioned putting together a 12-15 track compilation, but as word got out we found ourselves overwhelmed by support from artists and friends all over the world who wanted to contribute and make a difference in helping LA and its people. The result is a 39-track compilation showcasing the diversity of techno’s soundscapes, and just how much both  LA as a city and its techno community are loved by people all over the world.”

The compilation delivers a diverse spectrum of sounds, from brooding, chugging techno to hypnotic, melodic journeys, and high-energy peak-time tracks. It embodies the cutting-edge ethos of Synthetik Sounds while serving as a rallying cry for solidarity and support.

Atonal Rytm - Tormento [SLRX0016]

“2 Faces” is the result of a creative collision between AeFe and Ør1gamë: two techno architects who sculpt frequencies as if they were living matter. This collaborative work is a sonic exploration of invisible structures, machine pulses, and patterns hidden in noise. 
Across three tracks and an ambient-cinematic track, the EP walks the line between pure mechanics and human error, between binary code and analog intuition. 
It's techno for those who dream in programming languages, for those who find beauty in glitches, for those who understand that silence also has rhythm. 
Produced in Spain, this album is both a sonic manifesto and an immersive experience. 
There are no obvious bangers, just digital architecture, coded poetry, and a constant echo: the future has already broken, but it still sounds incredible.Sound Aesthetics: 
•⁠ ⁠AeFe brings the minimalist structure, industrial beats, and cold textures, with calculated rhythms reminiscent of ruined factories and post-human cityscapes. 
•⁠ ⁠Ør1gamë, on the other hand, introduces melodic complexity, unpredictable glitches, synthetic arpeggios, and dense atmospheres that sound like floating cities and digital architecture. 
The result is an experimental and immersive techno, dark yet hypnotic, where the tracks feel like movements within a single long piece. The mix would be precise and surgical, without losing the organic feel of modular experimentation.
