Amanda Mussi is a São Paulo-born DJ, producer, and curator, known for blending techno, acid, breaks, and house into fresh, dynamic sets. A key figure in the queer underground scene, Amanda ran the influential Dûsk party for five years and is now a resident at top Brazilian events like Mamba Negra, Dando, and Kode. 

In the past four years, Amanda has released music on labels such as LPZ, Massa Records, and The Lady Machine’s Unterwegs, while also co-founding Macro Hits, with a monthly residency on The Lot Radio in NYC. Amanda also heads .alt bookings, a collective promoting cultural exchange in South America’s underground scene, fostering collaborations with artists worldwide.

Francesco De Luca, also known as Deluka, is an Italian DJ, producer and the founder of the Berlin-based record label, No Signal Records. His style is a unique blend of groovy textures and hypnotic elements, resulting in pulsating rhythms and captivating patterns in both his mixes and productions. 

Originally from Naples, his musical journey began at a young age with a love for house records and turntables. Over time, he was drawn to the captivating sounds of techno, taking inspiration from legends like Jeff Mills and Robert Hood, eventually adopting the alias Deluka.

 In 2011, he moved to Berlin. As Francesco De Luca, he spent several years as a resident DJ at prestigious venues like Chalet and OHM's Same Bitches Party. In 2018, he made his mark in the techno scene with debut releases on the labels Estetika and 4TRKS, curated by DJ Hyperactive. Transitioning to his techno project as Deluka, he established No Signal Records through the release of the EP "Echos" in 2021. Since then, the label has released 8 EPs, collaborating with acclaimed artists like Amotik and Orbe. 

Additionally, No Signal Records has expanded into a physical store located in the Friedrichshain neighborhood. 

Driven by a relentless dedication to exploring and pushing boundaries, Deluka persistently experiments and refines his mixing technique and productions. His groundbreaking music has graced esteemed labels such as AMOTIK+, KSR, Future Architecture and SK11 reinforcing his reputation as a pioneering figure in the techno scene, alongside his emotional and intriguing DJ sets.

Parisian-based producer and live artist dc11 specialises in modular synthesis, crafting deep and organic techno with rich, looping textures. 

Drawing inspiration from the hands-on manipulation of sound through toggling switches, as well as from artists like Mike Parker, Sandwell District, and Luke Slater, dc11 began his electronic music journey with the acquisition of a Teenage Engineering OP-1, where he first created ambient loops. Despite initially possessing limited knowledge of modular synthesis, his eagerness to explore has led to the development of a unique and atmospheric sound. dc11 is definitely an artist to watch!

This is the second episode of our monthly podcast 'Nachtstrom Sessions‘ mixed by Dave Wincent!

Dave Wincent was born in Miskolc, Hungary. Since the age of 12, he has been completely consumed by music. He started out on his musical journey learning to play the drums and saxophone. So, it was from a very early age that he recognised and understood rhythm and melody. By the age of 14, he began to take music seriously, with the goal of performing at a professional level, at the top of his to-do list.

Like most, Dave started out playing at small parties in Hungary and on the local radio stations. He would spend all of his money growing his record collection. Soon after starting to DJ regularly and by the age of 16, he became interested in the production side of the music he was playing. The deeper he delved into it, the more important it became for him to learn and produce his own music. He first made music, using only his computer before expanding his equipment set up to include analog and digital Synthesizers. He worked very hard to develop his own unique style both behind the decks as a DJ and in the studio as a music producer.

In recent years Dave’s career has blossomed and he has been booked for more and more shows. This gave him the opportunity for travel and to reach audiences further afield in Miskolc and in the City of Budapest.

In 2009, Dave Wincent released his first artist EP. This changed everything for him. In recent years with releases on Materia, SOMA, Phobos Records, KD Raw, Olympian, and Nachstrom Schallplatten, he is building quite the production discography. These releases have been the key to his success in building his profile to be globally recognisable.

Dave loves what he does as an artist. Reaching people across the world with his music has and will always be the dream. Long may this continue!

Francisco Fernandez Araya, or more succinctly and stylistically, Zisko (aliases Oksiz, Iksoz), is an Argentinian DJ whose percussive flourish has begun its campaign for community-building and beat-centric sounds worldwide. His childhood was spent learning to play the drums; watch any of his live performances nowadays and you’ll see it’s a habit he’s reluctant to give up. And why should he? Years of fixation and practice have refined his intuition and made him the force he is today and built a palpable level of trust with his growing audience. Geography plays a role here too, outside the well-traveled axis of techno that links the northern hemisphere in a criss-cross web, Latin America also has something to offer, in what he terms an ‘emotional and ancestral link to rhythm, dance and sound’. Hot off the release of this year’s The Skin of the Snake, and championed by the likes of DVS1, Luke Slater, Truncate, Ben Sims and similar industry heavy-hitters, his voice is getting harder to ignore. It’s plugged-in, body-focused techno that moves relentlessly like a wave of energy through a crowd. Powerful, immediate and primal. Bassiani Podcast 231 is an hour of hammering bass and sprinting prime cuts, Zisko’s drum addiction is catching.
