A much (duly) rated exponent of the Dutch techno sound within and well beyond its borders, Eerste Communie co-founder and resident MARRØN clocks in with a vibrant two-hour trip into his constantly minimal, yet untiringly expansive imaginarium. Through a chiselled selection of cuts both surgical and eerie - combining the haunting nature of deep, texturally lavish dubs with that of clinically arranged dance floor-destroyers, he has us swaying in a state of spooky stasis, zoning out further and further into trance-like abandon as the groove etches deeper. Bosnian-built and -bred Sev Dah may be a Swedish expat, but the Balkan blackness clings strongly to the bleak percussions and rigidly uneasy synthetics that unwillingly fuse into his strongly individual take on techno. Authentically purveying the pulsations of the nakedly throbbing and ugly world, far away from Starbucks and H&M. 


Signed to respected labels such as Random Island, Mote-Evolver and Kaiser's KSR, he quickly gnawed his way into the scene’s core of DJs and producers. Sev is even managing new projects on his own label Proletarijat since 2016. Like a rabid mongrel, since 1998 he has been chewing and belching new bastard beats that are aching to scream out. Consequently there’s a steaming and steady stream of vinyl releases coming.


With influences ranging from Stigmata and Mills to Master Reese and Petar Dundov, Sev Dah is a versatile but headstrong DJ that can gently ease a thumb in at midnight or fervently thrust it down the hatch at peak time.

At the intersection of techno's industrial past and its avant-garde future stands Phase Fatale, the Berlin-based project of Hayden Payne. A resident at both Berghain and KHIDI, Payne channels his roots in New York's post-punk and EBM scenes into a sound that's precisely engineered for the deepest corners of the dancefloor. 

Since emerging in 2014, Phase Fatale has been pivotal in reshaping the contours of modern techno. His releases on labels like Ostgut Ton, Jealous God, and Hospital Productions showcase a commitment to sonic exploration, blending dense atmospheres with rhythmic precision. His 2020 album, Scanning Backwards, was specifically engineered for Berghain's acoustics, reflecting his deep connection to the club's sonic environment.

Beyond his productions, Payne co-founded the BITE label in 2018, aiming to platform artists operating outside conventional techno paradigms. With a roster that includes both emerging talents and established names, BITE has become a beacon for those seeking the fringes of electronic music

@philippapacho is like a musical Swiss knife: she has exactly the right tool for every occasion, from warm-ups to peak time to wonky afters. It was a long residency at Under Bron in her native Stockholm that equipped her with those skills, and since moving to Berlin, she's gone on to make her mark across Europe playing all forms of techno. Late last year, Pacho launched her own label Phorum Records as a further extension of her sound, and she also curates tracks and parties under the Positive Source banner.

This August, Pacho joins us at Amsterdamse Bos for Dekmantel 2025 but first serves up this deeply cerebral trip into Millsian techno. It's a high-speed selection of sleek and synth-laced sounds rich in narrative, be that mind-melting urgency, more dark and moody undercurrents or a sense of cosmic unknown. Utterly timeless and effortless classic, this is techno in its most futuristic form.

Starting out as DJ Roehrich back in the mid Nineties, Aioaska first worked with rock music. Soon he began to expand his style by experimenting with a wide range of sounds. By then his catalogue encompassed jazz as well as solid metal tunes. The grounds he played on saw him as resident DJ in various clubs of Austria. With diversity remaining an important factor of his creativity, Aioaska introduced himself to psychedelic trance & downbeat in 1998 and, from there on, worked his way through a number of sets, including shows at clubs & parties in Austria, Switzerland, Greece, Croatia & Hungary . Aioaska began producing his own music in 2005. The mission was straightforward and clear: Getting his tunes straight to the dancefloor and let people shake their ass to it. In 2007 Aioaska released his first track on Synergetic Records. 2011 saw Aioaska perform his first live-set “Oscill 4” and carry his tunes out into the open. After this wonderful year of many live gigs, Aioaska produced his debut album “Into the Cosmic Jungle” and now once more releases a set of tunes from the studio, bringing the shaman 604trance to your bodies and souls.
