TERRATUR POSSESSIONS is proud to announce the monstrous debut full-length album of Icelandic Black Metal band SINMARA, to be released xx.xx.xx on CD and DLP.
The album was recorded, mixed and mastered over a period of 2 years by Stephen Lockhart at Studio Emissary, resulting in a world class production, and features stunning artwork and layout from Alexander L. Brown.

SINMARA was previously known under the name of Chao, having released under that name the demo cassette Spiritus Sankti also on TERRATUR POSSESSIONS. The change in name sees the band develop upon their foundations of chaotic agression contrasted with haunting melodies, bringing forth a newfound maturity and focus of composition, masterful musicianship and a zealous intensity of execution. Along with the change in name there has also been a change in line-up, and the band now features members of Wormlust, Rebirth of Nefast and Svartidauði.

Aphotic Womb takes the listener on a descent into a writhing underworld of diverse soundscapes and themes, from the harmonic chaos and orchestrated madness of “Verminous”, to the mournful elegy of the title track, and culminating in the eschatological epic “Mountains of Quivering Bones”.

Five years on from their Osmose-released debut, Hanc Aciem Sola Retundit Virtus (The Algolagnia Divine), FIDES INVERSA strike with their second album, Mysterium Tremendum et Fascinans. In those five years, the Italian band have been honing their onstage assault all across the stages of Europe, their rituals becoming real celebrations of zealotry. That experience surely shows across the bold, finessed canvas of Mysterium Tremendum et Fascinans, where "black metal" is rendered not as a definition but as an alternately life-giving/life-destroying force. Classicist yet paying no lip service to tradition, FIDES INVERSA invested their very souls in the creation of this second opus: exhaustive spiritual research and a total immersion inside the darkest manifestations of what the German theologist Rudolf Otto called "the numinous." The divine, in its most terrifying forms, takes life from chaotic sounds and revealed words whose intent is to represent the mystic terror and the undefeatable fascination of Death, the human nullification, in favor of a complete prostration to the One whose light is spread out of the darkest vacuum. At long last, one of the unsung pillars of the Austrian black metal scene returns to reclaim their throne: W.T.C. PRODUCTIONS proudly presents AMESTIGON's monumental second album, Thier. A sprawling, wholly intoxicating mass of metaphysical might and mystical atmosphere, Thier comprises four vast, void-dwelling expanses of obsidian sound, with each track in the double digits and the title track itself topping nearly 20 minutes. And yet, every second of the way, AMESTIGON weave spells that draw in the listener and literally drowns them with dense, patiently evolving layers of otherworldly decibels wrought from mere strings, synth, and drums.

It's a form of sonic alchemy, one that the band has explored during their on/off career since the mid 1990s, but never have AMESTIGON sounded so potent as they do on Thier. Longtime listeners can cite the album as authentic to the original wave of '90s black metal; however, the band are restless sonic sorcerers and repeating themselves is never an option, so new landscapes of the mind and spirit are sown on this second full-length. Revered as one of the cultest names in the modern bestial metal scene, since their formation in 2009, WEREGOAT have become the penultimate extreme of total and utter BESTIAL fucking METAL: literally, sonic bestiality incarnate. Their Parasitic-released Unholy Exaltation of Fullmoon Perversity 12" introduced them in 2011 with a nuclear-powered bang, showing obeisance to the ancient ways but brimming with a disgusting 'n' debaucherous personality, and the IRON BONEHEAD-released Slave Bitch to the Black Ram Master 12" in 2013 upped the extremity stakes even further. Alas, now arrives what will be the most gutted 'n' godless WEREGOAT statement yet: Pestilential Rites of Infernal Fornication.

As a debut album, Pestilential Rites of Infernal Fornication embodies everything in that's endeared WEREGOAT to diehards worldwide - gibbering intensity, gnawing simplicity, a catchiness that's nothing short of filthy, frequent probing of the corners of chaos - but here, both the production and performances have been stretched to a sterling, unsurpassable limit. The mania with which WEREGOAT whip forth their foul fury befuddles comprehension; many bands dance around the idea of "ritual" - every fucking show now is called exactly that - but the trio sound truly possessed here. Likewise, no amount of nuance or nous is spared in the recording, as each detail across Pestilential Rites of Infernal Fornication is rendered in molten, mesmerizingly 3D tones; that very ritual surrounds you from all sides, and there is no escape. Altogether, the album becomes both the musical incarnation of its desecrating cover and a further, forever-endless defilement of it: the beast of WEREGOAT has arisen to stalk its prey and slake its salacious appetite.
