Morning Prayer: Opening Blessing with Universe

This is a transmission to connect with the Ancient civilisation of Lemuria. This continent existed aeons ago as one of the Earth's first and most advanced species, both spiritually and technologically. Ancient Lemurians were Masters of Love and Heart Centered Living, and understood crystals to a high degree. They stored information inside crystals to be used for the awakening of these times (hence Lemurian seed crystals). 

Lemuria is connected with present day lands Mt Shasta, Hawaii, California and Sri Lanka. Those who have a connection with Lemuria usually have a tendency towards heart centered living and also these lands, which radiate the frequency of HOME.

Lemuria Transmission (Extended): Heart Centered Awakening, with Mt Shasta

These are Affirmations for Self Love. 10 Miraculous Minutes: Remember Who You Are ♥ Guided Visualisation

During these times we are being asked to Choose to vibrate out to the Universe which reality we want to live in. This has been termed in many ways - the Two Timelines, Diverging Realities, 5D and 3D. Naturally as a planetary species ascends, that choice will become more difficult because the higher energies require more work to attain. however we are given this choice in each moment and if you desire it even 0.001% you will be taken on the journey towards it. During these times, the timelines are making a huge divergent vibrational separation and its a critical time for us to anchor ourselves within the frequency we want. This is a choice that is undertaken by each individual, to honour Sovereign Soul Choice. This visualisation/transmission has been created to help anchor you into this higher loving frequency vibration. (Daily practice of Self Work of any kind has the same effect)

Compassion & Gratitude are the divine frequencies being used throughout this session.

It also includes a Higher Consciousness Download which can be listened to again and again to link up to the current frequencies of Universal Source. I use these in my sessions and really recommend if you want to stay attuned.

I recorded this on 22/2 which is a stargate portal day, a day where the veil is thiner and energies are higher (you may feel you have real difficulty sleeping on days such as these). Meet the Soul Consciousness (Egregore) of your Creation

This visualisation has been created to help Clear your Energy Field from low vibrational energies you may have picked up from your environment, other people, conversations, emails, electromagnetic interference from devices, mass media. As well as from your own personal transitions that may still be in your field. As well as clearing negative energies and entities, attachments; and disengaging from the fear vibration in mass consciousness.

We live in a world where we are naturally working with negative and fear vibrations, in order to transmute it. And its still important we engage in the world - yet from a much stronger, centered place - where we are not negatively empathically affected as much. How do we know if we are? We feel drained and exhausted.

So this has been created to help maintain a healthy clear and strong energy field. Affirmations for Soul Purpose & Destiny

This is a recital of a Chinook Blessing (Native American Prayer). Teach us and Show us the Way. Honouring the Elements, the Mountains, the Rivers, our Brothers and Sisters - the Creatures, our Ancestors and Mother Earth.

Honouring the ways of the Indigenous who re-awaken the spiritual wisdom of the natural love and devotion we have for all Life.

Native American Prayer: Daily Blessing

This exercise requires you to be standing and moving your arms in certain directions to work with your Chi, Energy Field and Consciousness. Please find a quiet space with room for you to stand and move your arms in all directions. { Please see further down for a written description of the poses }

This is a High Vibrational Clearing exercise to clear low vibrational energies & entities, with 3 Discs of Purifying Light. Working on the Conscious, Atomic, Quantum and Multidimensional levels. Additionally working with the Violet Flame for deeper clearing.

This is especially designed to clear low vibrational energies and entities, that are prevalent for Lightworkers during these times. Entities are not something to be feared but to be acknowledged. They amplify insecurities too extraordinary levels. They are specifically drawn to Lightworkers because of the Lightwork that these souls are designed to bring to the planet. What are the signs of entity interference? Usually Fears of Being Seen, Fatigue, Desiring to Express and Fears of Criticism. Additionally energies sensitive souls naturally pick up from environment needs to be cleared and purified regularly, just as you have a shower. 

This clearing exercise has been channelled from the Ascended Beings of Light of the Planetary Light Grids, who are amongst the many higher light consciousness overseeing the Ascension process. They are committed to assist you to carry out your Divine Purpose. If you are feeling insecure, unworthy, uncertain, try this exercise to see if you feel immediately better. If so then was that energy ‘completely’ yours to begin with? 

You will move between four phases: 
1) Arms to your side, slightly extended from your hips, with palms facing forward
2) Arms outwards, like an aeroplane, with palms facing downwards
3) Arms up, so your body makes a Y shape
4) Arms straight up, like superman/girl!
(Please do not worry if you are doing the poses 'correct' or not, it is always aligned for you in that moment)

Self Compassion & Creation Prayer

This is a meditation / prayer for the Evening before sleep. It provides a Clearing for the days energies, thoughts, ideas. A place to disengage from what has happened yet also reflect back upon the day with love, acceptance, kindness and forgiveness. This sets the tone for a restful sleep. I created this because every day it is natural: to feel, think, contemplate, analysis, judge, be at a whim of your insecurities, fears, and ideas, concepts, influence. The myriad of life’s daily experience. Yet all of this is can settle as chaotic within the subconscious unless disengaged from ~ through meditation or prayerful intention work. Use this to clear your mind, give permission to your body to rest and enter the magic of sleep with peace in your heart and soul.

Evening Prayer

This is a prayer I created for experiencing challenging times. We all experience challenging times. They can last a day, week, month or years. Sometimes when they last longer they have been called Dark Nights of the Soul. This prayer acts as an invitation for Divine Love and Support as well as a place to tap into your own Inner Love, Wisdom and Power.
