This is a great, energetic, and well composed track. Classic space vibes that remind me of some of my old favorite CDs.

Love the composition and sound design etc. but I personally much prefer the mixes you made before. I appreciate you have made an artist decision to change. I don't want to piss you off. you're one of my favourite OSC artists. but it doesn't sound right to me. the drums overpower everything. I can't hear the music in the middle. still if this is how you want it - then fair play.

Love the disonance in the chord change. The builds and percussive stings are quite quite nice.

Not sure where it was going to go when the beat kicked in. I like the retro industrial-esque beat and distorted synthies. I'm remind of old video game stuff like Super Nintedo or something. All smiles.

I enjoy the listen. I like the patches and the composition. Only the mix is a little "mid heavy" and the fairy dust on the top end is missing a little.

I like this a lot and agree with the general notes re: the mix -- it feels muffled to me as well -- all the parts are there but no crispiness or sparkle.  The electric guitar sounds are really, really good.

These toms are just about perfect. Huge and clear.

I like the sweeping builds and crashes, the driving rhythm, unfortunately the mix sounds very muddy, or low-passed too much

James Mullen had his first day, or rather his first night in the London police force on that foggy 31 August 1888. He was excited and proud at the same time and he was scared... He shouldn't be afraid, he was a policeman after all! Nevertheless, an uneasy feeling crept over him that simply could not be suppressed. He didn't like being out at night and yet he tried not to let on that he would rather be at home in his bed than prowling through the darkest streets of London in the middle of the night... 

He turned into Buck's Row and suddenly stopped... ‘What's that...?’ He walked slowly towards the small pile in the alley. It was dark and he couldn't see his hand in front of his eyes. Only now did he realise that he had not yet lit his lamp, even though his instructor had told him to do so again and again. 

He lit his lamp and shone it in the direction of the heap on the road and immediately wished he hadn't. Staring in fear and horror, he couldn't believe what he was seeing and without realising it, he cried like he had never cried before in his life... 

‘You'll never forget your first day at the police station’ said his mum with a smile as he said goodbye to her. She was right...

Basically I was unable to take part in the Apricot round, so this was my chance. It's based around a 5 beat arpeggio I created with this synth. I thought I might use more of Odin 2, but ended up using it just for the snare.
This track is dedicated to my lovely Jenny who in spite of many current ailments managed to walk several miles of difficult coastal path to get the photo of a waterfall for my cover pic. :)
