Vector Machine band was founded in 2021 in Catania (IT) by four locals having a certain proclivity in experimenting with electronics in their music, and also having different backgrounds in terms of personal musical experiences, ranging from stoner rock to extreme metal music and hardcore punk. Musical influences and contaminations coming from rock and metal music paved the way for the band to create a pretty much unique sound and style, synth-oriented, guitar-less, with 80’s-ish synths and vocal lines, combined to more rock-flavored bass lines and powerful drumming. At the current state, the band is ready to release its first, self-titled album. The upcoming work counts five tracks having lyrics on different topics, such as modernity, drug addiction and twisted love. The band is currently looking for a label to have this first EP produced and to start performing live shows and / or tours.
