Super Mario RPG: Fight Against an Armed Boss (Vector U X The8BitDrummer Remix)

Merry Holidays everyone! This is my last remix of 2023, what a crazy year! 2024 is gonna be THE year, I can just feel it ;)
I didn't realize how simple this song was until I remixed it lol. It's literally just a 4 bar verse and a 4 bar chorus, that's it. I had to take some liberties here and there to flesh it out, but I think it turned out pretty nice! I would describe this as a progressive/electro house take on Ice Cap Zone, and I hope you guys enjoy it! See you all next year :D

Sonic 3: Ice Cap Zone (Vector U Remix)

Yes, I decided to combine Meta Knight's Revenge with Flash Man's Theme...AND IT FUCKIN WORKED! It was quite a struggle at first but after sitting down with it for a while I came up with one of the favorite arrangements I've ever made. The keys can be matched up but the chord progressions are quite different. I wanted to preserve the nature of the two tracks as well; the superhero sounding Flash Man with the chaotic intensity of Meta Knight. Let me know what you guys think! I'm pretty proud of this one :)

My GOD we killed this track. This is my favorite game of all time and I love the soundtrack so much, I can't wait for the remake :3
When P2 sent me the stems for this one I just knew we were gonna cook up a banger. I went with a fatty tech house drop and it just swings so hard man. idk what it is but these collabs just keep getting better and better! Maybe we're getting more comfortable yelling at each other about little details but I'm not complaining lmao. Enjoy this bumpin mix, and enjoy the TTYD remake! Wow this one was really difficult for me. I had a lot of trouble making the two songs work together and also making it interesting to listen to. I tried a lot of different genres and I ended up with some crazy dubstep thing! Dubstep is probably one of the hardest genres to get right without it sounding too cheesy or corny so I'm glad it ended up being pretty crisp! I also tried using tempo changes for the first time in this one. Hope you enjoy!
