No premiere since it's less than 2 minutes, but the catch is this song is LOOPABLE! Just like a real boss fight in the game :)

I know this game gets a lot of hate for being too easy, but honestly as a kid I had a decent time with it. The music however is FIRE and this song in particular slaps me right in the nostalgia. I had to remix this one, for my own sake. Think of it as a self commission lol. I wanted it to be just as energetic and even more badass than than the original. At first I tried a DnB feel but in the end I think drumstep really does it justice. I really wanted this one to be pumpy and have a lot of bass to give you that big bad boss impression. The loopable aspect is just a bonus I guess!

A remix of a remix? Can he do that?! Oh yes, it's been a while since this gem of a remix. Dark World was my second remix ever actually, and still by far my most popular. Honestly, I'm kinda surprised it's done so well. It wasn't my best work in my opinion and it's quite dated now! It's been 8 years, and now that I'm going to VGMCon (Oops, All Zelda!) I thought it was about time to give it a little more love. While I was making this I actually impressed myself with how many ideas I still like from back then. It was rough around the edges, but it really had some great moments. I wanted to speed it up a little, 128 bpm really let's the complextro genre shine I think. I also wanted more variation in the track, because the old one was a little repetitive. This redux takes you on a wild journey, and I'm excited for everyone to hear it! Thank U all for supporting me over all these years. I'm gonna keep going as long as I can!
