Velojet can be categorized as indietronic or psychedelic 60s pop. 
Their music moves in a cosmos of sounds and ideas and draws from all forms of pop music of the last 50 years. 

Velojet have been around since 2005 and released several albums which gained them 
Austrian Music Award Nominations and appereances at international festivals such as Eurosonic, Reeperbahn Festival or The Great Escape. 
After three rocking albums and years of relentless touring, Velojet took a break and now forge a new direction.

Velojet travelled around the world in their 60s van to find new inspiration. 
In 2012, they went to the finnish island of Aland for three weeks to write, 
rehearse and record "Panorama" under the direction of Swedish producer 
Existensminimum (Moneybrother, Antennas). 

Somehow it felt like being reborn: 
The result of Velojet´s own magical mystery tour is their new album "PANORAMA". 
Velojet moved away from the "indie-pop" sound of the 00s to and switched to more 
psychedelic sound; finding themselves in the middle of experimental soundscapes while 
keeping their incredible talent for writing great, hooky songs.

"PANORAMA" was released in October 2013 and got great press, 
the single "Cold Hands" went to #1 on the prestigious and significant Radio FM4 Charts. 
Next up is an international tour (incl. Germany, Switzerland, Belgium, UK) 
including showcase festival Glimps Ghent and Tallinn Music Week.
