Terrazzo is a new VA label formed by Northern Irish selector Holly Lester (Duality Trax) and prolific label entrepreneur/producer Steffan Todorović (Gestalt Records/Coymix/Hidden Assets/Abdul Raeva). The label’s debut EP journeys through a variety of club sounds with Dylan Forbes, Eric OS, Anderson and underground heavyweight Harrison BDP rolling out 4 cuts of euphoria- inducing prog, broken beat-infused tech, heady minimal and contemporary Detroit techno.

If you were an active guest at record stores in 2019 and 2020, you, should probably recall the name of Kellon and the label Spillway, which had a short, but very active story. Now they both resurrected, just under other names. Kellon became Viewfinder, and the label transformed into the name of Rescan Records. It seems, that, as on Spillway, the label will have mostly Viewfinder, with some additions of guest producers. "Synthetic Ruins" is a journey through the industrial remnants of a futuristic world, where digital glitches, minimal beats, and hypnotic, trippy rhythms create a dark yet immersive atmosphere. Released over twenty years ago on a limited run by legendary producer Ivan Iacobucci, he has dug deep in the archives and remastered for your listening pleasure. Opia regular Audri shows his cards again on the label bringing the ‘Acid Rain’, definitely packing a punch. The South American B side features tracks from both Omar and Z@p. Intelligently arranged broken drums carry you through ‘Techno Victim’. Z@p swings in to round off the EP with a driven dancefloor mover entitled ‘Different ways’.
