Starting his music career in 2010 at the fresh age of 18, Moniere Nance is a tripple threat in his own right. An actor, a singer, and a rapper. Working steadily in the studio since June of 2010, Moniere launched his first single entitled "Love Trip" on December 25, 2010. He plans on promoting diversity in his music, blending all styles from hip hop, rock, indie, country and even metal. Moniere teamed up with producer/songwriter/engineer, (and also Moniere's manager); Jim Agrippe who runs Twin Turbo Studios in Cleveland, OH. The duo have been working steadily on finishing his first record. This diversely dynamic duo is also starting their first record label called "Beats Heart Love Records". They plan to have Moniere's first record released by spring-summer 2011. Jim has worked on records with both national artists such as; Baltimore MD's own Arrogant Empire, to local acts such as Cleveland OH's own Sleep and Tone Hayrod Chelsey Lyrics, John Stevens, and TCF Entertainment, and many more. Moniere may have started out in a small suburb on Cleveland's east side, but he has dreams of astronomical proportions. He is out to change the world, and better the lives of all of humanity with the music he creates. Big Tim Kellams is a rapper, musician & entertainer. He is mostly known for his music & rant videos about controversial subjects. If Tim isn't in the recording studio, you can find him getting things off his chest in front of a camera...and not being shy about it. Tim's following seems to be attracted to his "be yourself" personality. He openly struggles with Depression & Anxiety, but does all that he can to shed light on the mental illnesses. You can hear it in his lyrics and see it in his posts.

At a young age, Tim knew that he wanted to get into music. For the majority of his childhood and up to his teenage years, Tim's father would take him to concerts. He was able to witness legendary bands such as Kiss, Motley Crew, Aerosmith and Def Leppard, just to name a few. Seeing these live concerts, made Tim fall in love with the energy and the performance that music had to offer. As he got older, Tim realized that he wasn't the best singer and couldn't play an instrument. He then decided to give rapping a try, being that it was still a form of music that he could create.

As time went by, Tim built his own recording studio in his room, at the age of 15. Once he realized that people listened to his music and liked his music, it was time to take the next step. Around the age of 16, Tim started performing live in concerts. It was a dream come true. From this point forward, Tim knew that he wanted to make music & performing his career of choice. He now spends his life, writing and recording songs and touring on the road.

Starting from humble beginnings, The Venom Condition is the brain child of producer, ex member of Metal Band 'Salt the Wound' and Soultone sponsored drummer Jim Agrippe, experienced Hip Hop artist Moniere Nance, and Professional Engineer and Bassist Brian Russ.

Brian joined Moniere and Jim on a show for Moniere's Solo career. Jim had put a band together for a show in Buffalo, New York. The trio worked so well together that they started to scheme about a project and a passion that they could share together. What they came up with was… The Venom Condition

With the ideas and the name decided on. The band only required one other piece. A masterful guitar virtuoso. Many tried out, and many more were just not there right fit. The trio was about to give up when a young guitar player named Gregg showed up to a practice and blew the team away. 

With an album in the works and a tour to be scheduled, the bands future is nothing but bright. The guys would want nothing more then to meet every music lover that they can, and hopefully earn their fandom.
