Η Όλγα είναι πιστοποιημένη εκπαιδεύτρια στο Mindfulness από το Πανεπιστήμιο της Μασσαχουσέτης- Ιατρική Σχολή, ψυχοθεραπεύτρια και coach. Άρχισε το ταξίδι της στο mindfulness το 2012, μέσα από προσωπικές αναζητήσεις και προσωπικές δυσκολίες και από τότε μπήκε στη ζωή της.

Σκοπός της είναι να κάνει γνωστό το Mindfulness στην Ελλάδα απλοποιώντας το και δείχνοντας τις επιστημονικές έρευνες που το υποστηρίζουν.
