Die Jazz-Stadt Düsseldorf hat eine neues Jazz-Highlight: Mit JAZZOPHINE präsentiert ein
erfrischend unkompliziertes Quartett etablierte Jazz-, Blues und Latin-Klassiker der 1920er-bis 1960er Jahre. Das Repertoire umfasst neben Standardwerken sowie bekannten und „geliebten“ Klassikern auch die eine oder andere kleine und große Überraschung: Autumn Leaves. Blue Bossa, Girl from Ipanema, Sunny, Bei mir bist Du schön, Cheek to Cheek, Fly me to the moon, Dream a little dream… JAZZOPHINE bleiben gekonnt im Hintergrund, beherrschen aber auch die Kunst der Dynamik. Alles mit Stil, alles unplugged, und alles mit viel Liebe zur Musik und außergewöhnlichem Fingerspitzengefühl. Josefin Stark führt das Ensemble mit gefühlvollen Vocals, Christian Neumann webt den fulminanten Kontrabass-Teppich, Uli Meincke addiert perlende Pianoklänge – und über allem schwebt federleicht die Querflöte von Miriam Hölker. JAZZOPHINE laden ein zum Träumen, zum Entspannen und auch zum bewussten Hinhören und Genießen.
