Chiriquí es una provincia al oeste de Panamá que limita con Costa Rica y el océano Pacífico. En el norte de las tierras altas de Chiriquí se encuentra el parque nacional Volcán Barú, llamado así por el volcán, que es el pico más alto de Panamá. El sendero Los Quetzales atraviesan los bosques nubosos de la región.

I was brought up on Motown. Then I moved to England 25 years ago. Began that journey with Orbital, Hawkwind and The Day to Day. I started going to Planet Angel, Whirly Gig, and fell in love with breakbeat after visiting the Fats Bar in Camden in 2000. My birthday is on Notting Hill Carnival. Ive been very lucky to have some excellent DJs and lovers of music throughout my life who have given me a wondrous appreciation of music, including punk and and indie.
