𝓣𝓱𝓮 𝓼𝓸𝓾𝓻𝓬𝓮 𝓸𝓯 𝓢𝓸𝓾𝓷𝓭 has been selected to be broadcasted at Spikeisland Open Studio this weekend for the Broadcasting Intimacy aural exhibition. 📻The piece is also been selected by the super @noodsradio to be broadcasted Saturday April 29th , 2023 4 to 5 pm !🎶

About the piece : The full sound scape is a composition of pure and manipulated field recordings inside a cave in the Forest of Dean, where four of us had to walk in the depth of the cave we had to walk through a stream of freezing water, which covers the rocky floor, arriving up to our knees.
At one point in our adventure we encountered this big rock, placed in the middle of the cave, reminding of a drum. We played with smaller rocks on the top of it, as well as with the water around. What we were making is a deep primitive sound, which was really fun to make all together as we felt closer to each other and nature, almost forgetting to be half wet and cold. It was a playful, fun, bonding and explorative experience towards what is 'the source' of sound, at the roots of contemporary electronic compositions.
