Set in an alien land, the rainbow tree provides it’s magic to the remaining life on the planet. Air, energy, and other magical properties bursts out of it like litmus bubbles, beautiful colors that reminds a once vast and full of life planet , now only a few species survives and some ancient ruins can be seen on it’s red landscape, what happened here remains a mystery; the only certain thing is that alien nature has started to make way and claim it’s land.
Rainbow tree is not exactly a tree, it is an organic formation, a way of nature to ‘revive’, it also drips it’s magic forming lakes, wich serves to nurture flora and fauna.
The atmosphere is now full of rainbow’s tree magic, almost like oxygen for us humans; it’s components gives a red look all around the planet, a planet best known as ‘Gloaming Realm’

The Thatcher effect is about a cognitive dysfunction that affects the perception we have of certain objects, more specifically faces. A little brain game that offers us a reality different from ours. On this occasion, with “Thatcher Effect EP” I wanted to show that not everything we hear is perceived in the same way. There are infinite possibilities, endless ways of understanding music, whatever genre it is. After a very difficult year, away from my true passion, I present this new 4-track EP, which tells a story, a vision of my own reality. I really wanted to go back to the studio, and I hope you find this new musical adventure exciting, created directly from the heart to your senses. Vertical (Parvati Records)

Vertical is the internationally established psytrance project of Joonas Lehtinen from Finland. The project saw daylight around 2007 and after few years of working on the sound and sending demos, he caught the interest of Giuseppe from Parvati Records. This was a big turning point in Joonas' life and with the new motivation he started to work on more material for his track repertoire.

Soon after his debut appearance on a Parvati compilation in 2009 he played his first gig outside Finland in Marseille (France) in the new year 2010. With the help of Parvati Records and guest appearances on other Labels he started to get more bookings in many legendary events and to grow a bigger fanbase in the scene.

During the past years he has performed across  Europe, Brazil, Japan, India and USA from club events to big festivals (Boom Festival, Ozora, Hadra, Modem and Soulvision to name just a few).

Vertical music is known for it's wide spectrum of styles and moods, never really staying in  one formula but aiming to push the boundaries of psytrance with his signature sound and new ideas.
