Rhadoo is one of the most important figures in Romanian minimal scene, as well as the underground scene. His DJ and production skills knows no boundaries. His style blends the old with the new, adding new elements to modern electronic music. In 2007, he founded the label [a:rpia:r] with his trusted friends Petre Inspirescu and Raresh. The label’s reputation grew rapidly worldwide and is now a solid platform for artists and music connoisseurs.

Creating worlds never seen before and the constant return to nature as the ultimate designer and source of inspiration are the prosperous obsessions shaping the artistic practice of Silviu Vișan a.k.a Dreamrec. Growing up around his artisan father who was building oversized toys for an amusement park turned into the perfect context to learn about the emotional experience of immersive environments and the secrets of morphing a place into an event. Not to mention it was the starting point for the self-thought wizard to try his hand at DIY magic either bringing joy or conjuring horror. Years later using videofeedback and layers of state-of-the-art software as tools to explore the unusual time&space where computers become genuinely unpredictable and the output becomes a fluid stream of pareidolia, Dreamrec is channeling in international festivals, clubs and art spaces his own visual aesthetic: immersive, mesmerizing and fictional as if visitors / partygoers physically stepped into another dimension. When I composed this piece, I couldn’t decipher it: it was an enigma, a deep vibration that spoke to me without words. Only now does it become clear: Stan Feelings tells the story of everything I’ve experienced up to this point.

It is the portrait of Stanislao, with his strengths, flaws, and above all, his wounds waiting to heal. It’s the turning point, the moment when Staniz gives way to a new version of myself, ready to be reborn. Stan Feelings marks the acknowledgment of my pain, my mistakes, but also the discoveries that have shaped me. It’s dedicated to someone, to something, to Stan Feelings itself, and to the desire for transformation it carries.

This track is a window into my journey: a dive into memories, into the most beautiful moments and the darkest ones, as well as the traumas that left their mark. Traumas that taught me, revealed things to me, but also took so much away. And yet, within this awareness lies a new strength.

Stan Feelings is the definitive closure of one chapter and the beginning of another. Staniz is no more. Now there is Stanislao. And with him, a new discovery of myself and the world to come. Because in the end, this piece is not just a track: it’s a journey. And every journey, even the one within, is a rebirth.
