DJ CRYSTAL BIOGRAPHY
Dj Crystal is a club dj/producer
Dj Crystal started djing in 2009. He was recognized by a former Jozi fm resident dj ( Dj Javas), who saw potential In him and his skills which paved a way into the music industry.
Dj Crystal grew up in Orlando east, Soweto. As a young boy he enjoyed playing music for his brothers when they held events using cassette players which led to the love and collecting of music. The song that made him fall in love with house music, was a song by ‘Blaze ft Sybil – When I fall in love’.  In 2008 he started making ‘Mixtapes ‘which are now well known as ‘POWERMIX’ that have travelled and still are nationally and internationally. The mixes have been featured in radio stations such as Unisa fm, Tshwane fm. Through his dj career he has travelled to Botswana , played at street bashes and various night clubs (such as Stones , Roxy , Avastar , Manhattan),He was a resident dj at Samba café and now a VHD resident dj. He has played at Jozi fm radio station and alongside big names in SA music industry such as Oskido, Dj Kent and Shimza. 
In 2012 he produced a promo album called ‘My love and happiness’, which featured songs like Powerhouse , Love and happiness  and a bootleg of ‘Onsulade - Natives tongue that have and still are played in dj’s mixes , parties , night clubs and have been welcomed nicely.
For a young dj/producer ‘the sky is the limit’ and anything is possible in the music industry.
