Psalms 23

The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want. He makes me lie down in green pastures. He leads me beside still waters. He restores my soul. He guides me in paths of righteousness for His name’s sake. Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for You are with me; Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me. You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies. You anoint my head with oil; my cup overflows. Surely Your goodness and mercy will follow me all the days of my life, and I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever.

Prayer

Pray with me, “Lord, You’re my shepherd. Thank you for taking care of me, for leading me, for healing my wounds, defending me, and protecting me. As my shepherd, I shall not want. Lord, I thank you that You provide for all my needs. I’ve never seen the righteous forsaken or begging for bread. I have no wants because You take care of me, Jesus. You’re a good shepherd. Thank you for providing for my needs, for making me lie down in green pastures. Jesus, I thank you for the times I thought I needed to keep going, but You made me rest in green pastures, in that still, silent place, reminding me it’s okay to rest because You’re watching over me. Thank you for leading me beside still waters, calming my spirit in Your peace, the water of Your Spirit, to a secret and abiding place. Thank you for restoring my soul, aligning my thoughts, emotions, and desires when they were scattered. Lord, thank you for guiding me on the right path, for Your name’s sake, ensuring I’m following Your lead and direction. Even when I walk through the darkest valleys, I won’t fear, for Your word and Spirit guide me, providing comfort and light. Holy Spirit, thank you for reminding me of my shepherd’s ways, for conviction, encouragement, and showing me true affection. Lord, even in the presence of my enemies, You provide, anointing my head with oil, filling my cup to overflowing. Your goodness and mercy follow me all the days of my life. I’m confident in Your presence and mercy, knowing You’ve prepared a place for me, and I will dwell with You forever in Your house. Thank you for being a great shepherd to me. Amen.

Psalms 23 Prayer The Lord Is My Shepherd

Storms and natural disasters are rarely, if ever, scheduled. They simply come into an area, wreak havoc, and leave communities of tens of thousands of people in devastation. Most recently, the city of Robert, Louisiana is one such community. Reportedly, over 11,000 homes have been flooded by the flooding that has taken place in this region. Operation Blessing has responded and is on scene rendering not only aid and support, but also praying for those vulnerable and in need of just about everything. 



In a special interview with Operation Blessing, Deputy Director Raymond McGregor gives us a first-hand perspective of what is taking place on the ground.  According to McGregor, Operation Blessing is not only presently on the ground in Louisiana, but also has bases in 23 other countries. 



The residents of the Robert, LA area went to sleep only to wake up with many of their personal items literally floating in water. This is a critical hour of need for many, especially for those who do not have flood insurance. It is in these hours of great need that supernatural provision of man power, by volunteers, presents itself when needed most. McGregor shares how thankful he continually is to see people sacrifice their own time in order to bless others. 



Sandra Mire was one of the residents in the area who has received support and help from Operation Blessing. This is not the first time she has experienced flooding, as she lost a previous home in Hurricane Katrina. After moving, the flood has hit Sandra’s family again. She shares how this flooding has affected her, “We’ve lost all our appliances, all personal items…” In this moment of loss, helping hands through Operation Blessing have been there in the recovery. She shares, “They’re tearing out sheet rock for us, removing the wet furniture, and all the personal items…they have done all of that for us.”

11,000 Homes Flooded Underwater, Many Broken and Hopeless Until Operation Blessing Arrives

Over the past short years, there has been radical changes and decisions happening throughout our nation. With the release of Jim Bakker’s most recent prophetic dream, the days ahead may be our most difficult yet. With his own words, he shares about the dream, “I saw, in a dream, young people, I would say teenagers, maybe 20 year olds, and they were crying.” He continues to share what the Lord said to him about this encounter. “In the future…things are gonna get so bad soon, that the draft is going to be reinstated in the United States of America; and the kids that have to go to war don’t want to go. They are not ready. They are not ready mentally, physically, let alone spiritually.” As Jim Bakker writes about what he was shown, these are the very words he wrote down, “THEY WERE CRYING AS DRAFT WAS BEING REINSTATED AND IT WAS A TIME OF GREAT CONFUSION.”

In our nation, the Selected Service was created as a mandate that all males are required to register within 30 days of their 18th birthday. This is to be done in the case of the nation going to war and males, from the ages of 18-25, being drafted to go to war. This was carried out when President Roosevelt enacted the draft in 1940. What does this mean? If someone is 18-25 years old, there is no choice about serving in the military. It is a requirement as numbers are chosen randomly.

Prophetic Dream Jim Bakker Young People Are Not Ready to go to War

! Could we have ever imagined the situation with North Korea to be at the place that it is now? Every generation that finds itself at war never believed that they would be at war. But what about China? According to Fox News, China is ramping up its military efforts to prepare for the next war. Speaking to troops, Xi Jinping, President of China declared, “Calling on the whole armed forces to comprehensively strengthen real combat training”. Fox News continues to report that “China’s navy will be bigger than the U.S. Navy in 2030.” Allegedly, China is increasing its foreign aid and military bases throughout Africa and Asia. Is this because of President Trump’s ‘America First’ Policy? 

One of the important factors to remember in context to these events is that America is presently carrying a debt of nearly $20 Trillion. We’re looking at a new mindset in the nation. It is not wise to spread yourself thin across the globe knowing you are carrying a national debt of that size. Regardless, we should not be alarmed or respond with fear when we see what is happening around the world. God has spoken prophetically of these events. When we see what the Lord had shown Dumitri Duduman, we see clearly that this is simply prophecy coming to pass.

“As I was looking, I saw a great light.  A dark cloud appeared over it.  I saw the president of Russia, a short, chubby man, who said he was the president of China, and two others.   The last two also said where they were from, but I did not understand.  However, I gathered they were part of Russian controlled territory.  The men stepped out of the cloud.

The Russian president began to speak to the Chinese one.  "I will give you the land with all the people, but you must free Taiwan of the Americans.  Do not fear, we will attack them from behind." A voice said to me, "Watch where the Russians penetrate America." I saw these words being written: Alaska; Minnesota; Florida. Then, the man spoke again, "When America goes to war with China, the Russians will strike without warning."

In addition, Brett Holderbaum was shown a prophetic vision of Cuban planes flying overhead in Miami, Florida. When you look at the three different areas where America would be attacked, that Duduman was shown, God has his perspective about this also. Alaska is the Western side of America, while Florida is the Eastern. When God spoke to Greg Lancaster, he was shown what would take place when this attack took place. “The enemy is going to come from the East and the West, BUT WE ARE GOING TO MOW THEM OVER! WE ARE GOING TO BE VICTORIOUS!” Just recently, Greg was pondering what the Lord had shown him and had been speaking to him. While doing so, this very prophetic word was confirmed to him by a Navy Seal that approached him and shared what he had been hearing from the Lord. 

It is important that we respond to these words with faith and not fear. God is in control. Just as God corralled all the leaders and followers of Baal in 2 Kings 10, this was simply His plan to eradicate this evil. As the story unfolds, God has raised up Jehu to destroy this wickedness. Just because enemies are gathering in the world, does not mean that they will be victorious. This is not a time to defund our military, but fund our military, as we would be funding our sons and daughters who could find themselves at war. The fact that we are wrapping up the final days of February in 2018 brings much to celebrate. According to Cindy Jacobs, these are the final days of the “Swamp Wars”, and the beginning of 3 years of peace. When speaking to Jim Bakker, Jacobs shared a prophetic vision that the Lord revealed to her. In this vision, she saw a swamp draining, and revealing swamp creatures all throughout. It is the interpretation of this vision that should get our attention. 

Chuck Pierce interpreted what Jacobs had been shown. “There is going to be 10 months of turmoil, and then there will be 3 years of peace.” This season was dependent upon how the Church prayed. Many shakings and headlines have erupted regarding our national government. It seemed as if many were struggling and jockeying for position as our new administration began. 

Jacobs also shared that Holy Spirit spoke to her. “There are many moles in the various agencies…I want you to pray that every mole is exposed.”  Jacobs re-emphasizes the days that are drawing to a close. ” It’s going to be the swamp wars. It’s swamp wars. And it’s gonna continue till next February. But it’s gonna take that long to drain the swamp enough that these wars are over.”

The Church has obviously prayed because this is what we have seen and witnessed taking place. Over $7 Trillion has been added to our economy. The unemployment rate within African Americans and Latin Americans is at its lowest rate since unemployment has been recorded. In addition, the U.S. Embassy in Israel is currently being moved to Jerusalem. This is so powerful. When God shows us these realities, we must decree and declare words that line up in agreement with God’s plans and purposes. Dutch Sheets demonstrates how we are supposed to do this when he recently said, 
“the prophet said ‘breakthrough is coming in 10 months, February of 2018, that will result in 3 years of turnaround. And, we’re gonna steward this prayer movement, and this turnaround through 2020…”

When God spoke to Ezekiel in the valley of dry bones, He told him to speak to the bones. We must declare truth and believe the truth of the words that God gives to us. We must stop watching dark media and walk in alignment, in this season that God has placed us. God has given us His authority to speak out the Kingdom throughout the Earth.
