Thunderous, abstract and outrageously psychedelic best defines the multi-talented artist Pennan Brae. Not only does Pennan create classic rock-infused albums, they also serve as soundtracks for films he writes and co-produces.   

2025 sees the release of the new album, 'Paint' featuring Steve Ferrone on drums.  The release follows '50 Million Years Ago' & 'Portal' albums in 2024. 2023 sees the release of 2 new albums, the 1980s rock-inspired 'Arcade' release & the 12-track '2 Below 0' (Remastered) Soundtrack. In the Spring of 2022, Pennan kicked things off with lead singles 'Zulu', '5 Foot 2' & 'Super Storm' off the 'The Garden Series, Vol. 2: Picked' album.  The 10 tracks release serves as the second half of a double album with Vol. 1's 'Planted' released in Nov 2021.  

'Planted' kicked off with Pennan's upbeat country rock track, 'Mona' off the 'Planted' album.  During the summer, Pennan released his 9th album, 'Cinema' & the new track, 'Weed & Whisky Women'.  The album is mixed by Kirk Kelsey (The Smashing Pumpkins) & mastered by Adam Fulton of The Mix Medics.

2021 also welcomes Pennan’s new release ‘Lit’, a 10-song thrill ride oozing with the spirit of 1970s & 80s rock & roll. 

2020 saw the release of Pennan’s seventh album & accompanying album, ‘2 Below 0’.  Recorded at Blue Light Studio in Vancouver with producer Kaj Falch-Nielsen, the 12-song rock & roll masterpiece received airplay on 130 AAA & College Radio Stations in North America.  Pennan created music videos with Hip Video Promo & director Tim Cash for each single off the album. They have gone on to receive rotation 50 television stations across the United States. The film & soundtrack have also received accolades at 75 film festivals worldwide. 

In 2018, Pennan released ‘The Astronot’ album & film. Mixed by producer Kirk Kelsey (Smashing Pumpkins, Creed), the lead singles, ‘Walk With Me’ & ‘Crashland’ feature legendary drummer Steve Ferrone (Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers, Eric Clapton) and bassist Garry Gary Beers (INXS). ‘Crashland’ was written with Grammy-nominee Eric Alexandrakis & the album mastered by Grammy-winner Sean Magee (The Beatles Remasters, Pink Floyd) at Abbey Road Studios.
