Released in 1983 as part of the "Dádiva" album, "Rio Babilônia" is not as famous as the "Taj Mahal / Filho Maravilha / Pais Tropical" song, which was the highlight of this LP. 
It is nevertheless a joyful love message written byJorge Ben to his incredible hometown. Here is my drummed up edit of it.
