When I first heard the song "From Time", the melody of the instrumental immediately reminded me of some Michael Jackson chords, so I decided to do a cover song by giving it a more soulful vibe, while blending the two ("Drake - From Time" & "Michael Jackson - The lady in my life") together, with some beatboxing and additional instrumentation by me. I also wanted to show off my recording studio (RCR Studios) which is located in the downtown Toronto region.
